Our property, "Seven Hills Tallarook", sits high above Tallarook with deep valleys and high peaks, just over one hour North of Melbourne's CBD. The property is 600 acres of thick Victorian bush and farmed paddocks.
We have a wide range of hobby farm animals - pigs, sheep, alpacas, chickens, ponies, a donkey, along with commercial heard of South African Boer Goats. As night falls, the wildlife come out to play - kangaroos, rabbits, deer and wallabies.
Internally, we have in excess of 10 kilometers of roads within the property, the majority being 2WD accessible (weather conditions apply). There are parts of the property which are only 4WD accessible.
Our campsites are placed to allow you to be as isolated as possible - away from other campers (you may see others as you drive past, or they drive past you). At some of our bush sites, you will be able to see other campers, but they are not close by.
Additionally, we anticipate our Fire Danger Period for the 2025/2026 Summer Season will commence in the coming weeks. We have not toggled the Fire Ban on as we do still allow campfires, however campers MUST adhere to CFA guidelines at all times. On days of Total Fire Ban (TFB), no fires, including gas stoves can be lit outdoors. In event of the TFB toggle needing to be used on Hipcamp, this will advise all guests booked on that day and to all future guests. We will toggle it off once the TFB is removed. Furthermore, we reserve the right to ask you not to light a fire regardless of TFB status if we feel weather conditions are unsafe, especially the wind element. We cannot plan the weather and the request to not light your campfires will most likely be on the day and we will advise as such. Our interest is with your safety, our neighbors and our property and our family.

The 6 metre round tent sleeps 2, with a queen size bed, linen provided.
It is carpeted, has a fridge, kettle and BBQ. Just pack your toothbrush, clothes, food and drinks.
All 3 sites have the use of a shared composting toilet.
For a refreshing experience there is an outdoor, open air hot shower overlooking the dam.
Close by is a spacious shelter/shed with tables, chairs and a rustic kitchen area with sink and heater.
Well behaved dogs are accepted on the caravan sites, but we ask that you please discuss with us prior to booking. Dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times, wild ducks and the properties own poultry wander here.

The farm is a small, hobby, flower farm. Opening during Protea season for pick your own flowers and sheep feeding.
Made up of 15 acres of working land and 35 acres of bush land.
We have a 2-acre orchard with seasonal fruit available to be picked. ( Feb / March)
The farm has over 100 king protea bushes and many other varieties of protea. Seasonal pick your own flowers too. ( Aug - Jan)

The farming area is completely fenced in, this is to keep the deer out, but you can venture out onto the property bush land with the correct map and navigation equipment. Our walk the neighboring farm (105 acres)
Eagles, cockatoos, black cockatoos, kookaburras, magpies, rosellas, king parrots, Gang-gang cockatoo, honey eaters can be spotted most days and lyrebirds if you’re keen to go looking.
Small playground with swings, slide, monkey bars and sandpit.
Taxi service - The Graceful-Goat to get you around to the local eats and wineries.
The Kinglake market is on the 4th Sunday of each month 10-2pm
- Except December which is the Sunday before Christmas - twilight 2-7pm
- No market in January.
The St. Andrews market is every Saturday, 9am to 1pm just 12 minutes down the mountain.
Whittlesea market is on every Monday 9am - 1pm

Our property, "Seven Hills Tallarook", sits high above Tallarook with deep valleys and high peaks, just over one hour North of Melbourne's CBD. The property is 600 acres of thick Victorian bush and farmed paddocks.
We have a wide range of hobby farm animals - pigs, sheep, alpacas, chickens, ponies, a donkey, along with commercial heard of South African Boer Goats. As night falls, the wildlife come out to play - kangaroos, rabbits, deer and wallabies.
Internally, we have in excess of 10 kilometers of roads within the property, the majority being 2WD accessible (weather conditions apply). There are parts of the property which are only 4WD accessible.
Our campsites are placed to allow you to be as isolated as possible - away from other campers (you may see others as you drive past, or they drive past you). At some of our bush sites, you will be able to see other campers, but they are not close by.
Additionally, we anticipate our Fire Danger Period for the 2025/2026 Summer Season will commence in the coming weeks. We have not toggled the Fire Ban on as we do still allow campfires, however campers MUST adhere to CFA guidelines at all times. On days of Total Fire Ban (TFB), no fires, including gas stoves can be lit outdoors. In event of the TFB toggle needing to be used on Hipcamp, this will advise all guests booked on that day and to all future guests. We will toggle it off once the TFB is removed. Furthermore, we reserve the right to ask you not to light a fire regardless of TFB status if we feel weather conditions are unsafe, especially the wind element. We cannot plan the weather and the request to not light your campfires will most likely be on the day and we will advise as such. Our interest is with your safety, our neighbors and our property and our family.

This is a 5.5 acre block, consisting of the host’s residence, garden and parkland. Polly's Paddock is half of the block.
We offer 2 flat caravan sites, both with drinking water , 1 with limited power , the other no power.
There is a site with a glamping tent set in the garden.
The 6 metre round tent sleeps 2, with a queen size bed, linen provided.
It is carpeted, has a fridge, kettle and BBQ. Just pack your toothbrush, clothes, food and drinks.
All 3 sites have the use of a shared composting toilet.
For a refreshing experience there is an outdoor, open air hot shower overlooking the dam.
Close by is a spacious shelter/shed with tables, chairs and a rustic kitchen area with sink and heater.
Well behaved dogs are accepted on the caravan sites, but we ask that you please discuss with us prior to booking. Dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times, wild ducks and the properties own poultry wander here.
No dogs on the glamping tent site.
Campfires are allowed during the cooler months, left to the hosts discretion for safety reasons. We supply a fire pit. BYO wood.

3 nights at Mountain Flower Farm
A group of us stayed at the Cozy Pozy Caravan and Site 2 of Tamara's farm for 3 nights over the new year. We had a great time and Tamara was a fantastic host! Site 2 has a bit of a slope, but there were enough flat areas to comfortably set up 2 tents, a gazebo, and a campervan (with levelling ramps). The camping area is open, but surrounded by beautiful trees with heaps of birdlife. Also friendly goats and sheep that were super cute! Would recommend staying here, and hope to come back!

Weekend Trip to Polly's Paddock
My partner and I loved the glamping at Polly’s Paddock. We stayed for 2 nights and would have happily stayed for longer. Firstly, Amanda and Geoff were so kind and accomodating. We could tell how much care had been put into maintaining their beautiful property and facilities. There was a clean, toilet with running water and a lovely outdoor shower. Also, the tent had everything we needed- kettle, fridge, cutlery, dishes, fan. Both of us are 6ft tall and could comfortably walk around in the large tent, and the bed was really comfortable. I can’t recommend staying here more, we are planning on coming back soon. Only 5 minute drive to the beach and nearby shops. Thank you so much for the lovely stay :)

Great cozy little spot for us fair weather campers. It was a perfect spot for my two city kids, 3 & 9 yrs old. A simplistic night away. All cooking utilities supplied. Just take your bedding. Easy!

My partner and I stayed in the “Cozy Pozy Van” - it was clean and pretty much fully equipped. We enjoyed exploring the farm, feeding the goats, and we even picked our own flowers to take home!

I had such an amazing getaway at this beautiful farm. The host and her mum were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home and their hospitality was truly exceptional. The van itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The views were absolutely stunning, and spending the evenings by the fireplace under the stars was pure magic. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and nature. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable escape! 🌿✨

Fantastic hosts and beautiful property. We had such a great time building fires, cooking and watching out for the abundant wildlife, which included wombats, goats, kangaroos, sheep and a lovely cow who came down to the fence every morning. Highly recommend!

Weekend Trip to Mountain Flower Farm
We had a lovely weekend away at the Cozy Pozy! We stayed two nights but wish we had stayed longer. The van was perfect for two people and there were so many little conveniences in the van to make us feel right at home.
The farm and the views were wonderful as well. We saw Rosellas, black cockatoos and gang-gang cockatoos flying over the farm daily, and were greeted by a pair of baby goats running towards us one morning which was beautiful. The farm is close to town so we enjoyed a couple of outings to the local pub for lunch and some games of pool, as well as a trip to St Andrew’s market which was less than 10 mins away.
Tamara and family were so welcoming and helpful, thank you! We hope to visit again soon :)

Weekend Trip to The Stables On Knox
We had a wonderful stay at The Stables on Knox!
We came to take maternity photos and the property was perfect – beautiful scenery, a cute cozy house, and lots of photogenic spots inside and out. The fireplace made it extra relaxing too 😊
Some things to note: the BBQ and pizza oven in the barn were quite dirty so we didn’t use them, and the coffee machine was broken. Also, we were woken up early by a possum scratching on the roof – a true country experience, but something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper!
Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Really wonderful weekend escape. My partner and puppy and I enjoyed a farm stay here at Anne Maree's cute cabin. It had everything we needed and was easy to find, the farm grounds are huge and we couldn't even manage to walk the whole property! Friendly dogs on the farm that would visit us. The cabin it Esse was lovely and well presented, heating, comfy bed, kitchen with everything needed and am amazing bathroom with rain shower. The jacuzzi looked lovely but it was raining the entire stay, and it was not working anyway(the owner was extremely apologetic about this, and made up for it, by offering other alternatives and also made us home made scones, lamb shank soup and some other goodies, she didn't need to do this however Anne Maree was lovely and a proper host) this made us feel so comfortable and welcome and we already want to go back!! Hoping the rain is not there and the jacuzzi is fixed the next time we are there, Thankyou Ann Maree for a wonderful stay

Had an amazing couple of days at Village Green. My partner, dog and I stayed in Glamper Wings for the Easter weekend and it was the most perfect place for us who had been wanting to disconnect from the busy and chaotic life in the city. We loved that the glamper came with everything we needed - a kitchen, smart tv, shower, etc. My favourite spot was the balcony - perfect for reading and having a glass of wine while getting yourself soaked in the quiet of nature. There was also a ridge walk trail we headed to from the site, and if there's something I wished we did differently is to get up early to do the hiking when there is more time before it gets dark. I loved knowing the history of the place where Village Green now stands on and seeing how the traditional owners of the land were acknowledged in some parts of the property. We wish to go back.

Weekend Trip to Magic Mountain
We stayed with a toddler and a dog, and had a great time. The site was well organised and the A frame was clean and cosy. Our toddler loved reading books in the beanbag under the loft bed. A gas bbq and a wood fired pizza oven made life easy and we loved watching the sun set together from the giant hammock. The speed bumps going up the driveway are pretty intense, as previously noted. We have an Outback and still struggled on some of them. I'd recommend taking them on an angle at the edges, where the gradient isn't so steep. The way down is much easier.
Overall, we loved it. An easy getaway from the city with a great view.

The Kardella Park glamping spot was beautifully set up with absolutely everything you could need. Very comfortable and well appointed. The bathroom setup was so squeaky clean I thought it seemed brand new. The pergola space was a great place for meals and had pretty good shade most of the day for the quite hot weekend we were there. The beach is not far to walk or bike, and is a good spot to hire stand up paddle boards, canoes etc. Damian and Alli were super helpful. Definitely recommend.
