This modern and cosy cabin (cabin 1) is surrounded by the natural habitat and wildlife of the stunning Grampians region. All of your comfort needs are sure to be met with 2 plush bedrooms featuring Adairs linen, locally made minijumbuk woollen quilts and high quality Ergoflex mattresses. The attic queen size bed is snug and has 2 Velux skylights letting natural light to filter in and allows you to star gaze your way into a deep restful sleep. The main king size bedroom presents a full size waterfall window also letting you star gaze as you drift off to a regenerative sleep. If you wish to incorporate some cooking into your holiday adventure you can utilise the fully equipped kitchen featuring a Smeg fridge and appliances, stove top, microwave and dinnerware. Or maybe try your hand cooking something in the outdoor fire pit or enjoy the BBQ on the outdoor deck. Relax on the deck reading your favourite book whilst delighting in a One Fairtrade organic coffee, tea or hot chocolate provided. Alternatively, soak away your hard day's mountain hike in the soothing wood fired outdoor bath. Please note: this property is not suitable for children under 13 YO due to potential hazards for inexperienced users. A few hours before arrival, you will receive a unique multi-use access code to unlock the cabin. It will stay active for the whole duration of your stay. Free parking is available onsite.

Really beautiful and peaceful site right in the heart of the Grampians. We had the whole campsite to ourselves which was delightful as we had a show of many kangaroos and wallaby’s as dusk fell. So many birds too! We were emerged in nature, with stunning views. Highly recommend this site. Great amenities too.

Ideal basecamp position for both northern and southern Grampians access. We have a camper trailer and the campsites are relatively flat with no bumps and saw no ants. Absolute bonus on a Hipcamp site to have access to hot water for showers and a toilet.

The photos give a real good indication of what the site is like. Easy and clear directions and really lovely area. Plenty of space. We all had an incredible time. Some flies but not the bitey kind but good with bring fly nets / hats. The camels were a fun daily visit and the misting system on hot days was perfect. Perfect for the small to medium group when wanting a little extra luxury. Even though I switch off when camping there was still mobile phone coverage if you needed it.

Steven’s property was really beautiful and just the right amount of size so we didn’t feel overwhelmed. There was a flushable toilet, a little shower available 1 night and really nice to light a fire. Steven came and said hi and checked in - it was a really peaceful spot.

If you want to be a short drive from the Grampians but want more quiet and space then camping in Halls gap, this place is great. We are completely self sufficient so we were able to park a long way from any other campers. Kids were able to explore the land, throw some yabbie nets in the damn with success and ride their bikes. Ample free fire wood. Basic flushable toilet and hot shower available. Steven was a very friendly host and quick to respond to messages.

The site was a part of Caravan Park and great location. Amenities were very well managed nice and cleaned. There were potable water available and and hot water for relaxed shower. Great place for go away from city noise and throw yourself in the nature. Very comfortable with children aged 3 and 9 too. Highly recommend for camping.

I loved the tent camping, the mountain view was amazing, the toilets were very well maintained, Tom was very friendly and welcoming, would love to come back again. Thank you
