We are located at the foothills of the famous Grampians National Park with stunning views of the mountains and are within walking distance from some of the best mountain hikes, including the new Grampian Peaks Trail at our door step.
We have a total of 600 acres of bush and sheep grazing, with plenty of surrounding activities or sit beside a campfire watching the array of bird life and animals.

Enjoy camping on our property which we are currently renovating (sites are located in our paddock on undulating grassed areas) choosing views of the Grampians or Langi Ghiran.
We have 80 acres 77 of which are currently used by the local wildlife and three we are beginning to garden in between renovating. Although the views are spectacular it does get rather dry in late summer/autumn.
Our property is situated close to the Grampians National Park and provides a peaceful and secluded base to explore this amazing part of Western Victoria. You will be provided with a small amount of fire wood for a small fire weather permitting.

One camp site (one group only). The site accepts 8 people but if you are just two people you will have the place to yourselves except for the kangaroos, wallabies, emus, echidnas and birdlife.
The campsite is situated next to our family's holiday farmhouse that we visit sometimes, but only when there are no guest campers. There is a fire pit with grill plates available to cook over the fire (note open fires cannot occur when fire restrictions are in place). Campers have access to the flush toilet, hot shower and kitchen in the house. The house is a work in progress. We are slowly renovating the house, so it is a bit rough but it is clean and functional and you will have the place to yourselves. Please respect the locked private areas of the house. Campers are expected to bring their own cooking pots, plates, cutlery, camp chairs, etc.
Only 4 km from Moyston where you can get great coffee and visit the historic Mine Walk. Halls Gap is 35km away or head through the mountains over Redmans Road that takes you the scenic route to Halls Gap (2WD accessible in dry weather). Kalymna Falls and picnic ground is a beautiful 15 min bush drive from the farm. Loved camping at Gariwerd Farm. The view of the Grampians was fantastic, especially with the sun setting behind them. The added bonus of the kitchen and bathroom made the camping experience just a little bit easier!!! Great instructions and a phone call from Jason before we arrived was a nice touch!! This was our second visit to the campsite and was as good as we remembered! We saw so many kangaroos drinking at the dam, as well as parrots, an eagle and all sorts of little birds. Noor is an amazing host and took great care of making sure we were ok in hot weather conditions. I think this will become a regular spot for us!

Noor’s land was phenomenal, only went up the north hill to see the Grampians and it was an amazing view. Campsite was a great little spot to set out the swag and saw a blue tongue in the campsite. Won’t have trouble finding wildlife out there. Great place.

We have a camper trailer and the campsites are relatively flat with no bumps and saw no ants.
Absolute bonus on a Hipcamp site to have access to hot water for showers and a toilet.

This is a beautiful spot to camp! Surrounded on all sides by forest and hills I would definitely recommended Noor’s place. Very private camp spot and nice walks all around. A simple walk up the hills to see a panorama of the Grampians and local eagles.
Noor was a lovely host. Definitely planning another trip here.

Massive paddock to choose where to camp in means that other guests were far enough away to ensure privacy within your own camp. Camp under the trees for shade or middle of paddock for maximum Grampians view
