Massive paddock to choose where to camp in means that other guests were far enough away to ensure privacy within your own camp. Camp under the trees for shade or middle of paddock for maximum Grampians view

Redmans View was the perfect off-grid base for our family to stay and explore the Grampians. Quiet and well-maintained land with stunning views. Loved the fire pit provided with a generous supply of firewood. Was also great being able to arrive at any time and choose any location to set up camp.

Perfect base for exploring Halls Gap and the Grampians, especially away from the crowds. Great communication and directions, helped us find the property even on a dark and rainy winters evening. Delighted to be greeted by our choice of any site, and a welcome sandstone fire pit that was well-stocked with a wood supply to get us started for our stay. Very wet and windy during our June long-weekend visit, but to be expected in Winter. Made for a slightly slippery entrance over the main tracks for our 2WD, but sandy soils quicky dried after each shower passed.
Overall, views were divine (when the clouds parted), site was quiet and serene (barely a car passed by after dark), and surprised by the handy access to nearby Pomonal - with local general store and free hot showers, that were a real bonus. We'll definitely be back!

This was our second time staying at Redmans View and again, highly recommend. The site is easy to get to, nice and flat and well maintained. The views are amazing and it’s a quick 15mins to halls gap. Thanks Susan for another awesome stay.

The view was wonderful, and finding the site was easy by just following the location coordinates using Google or Apple Maps. Susan was very helpful by providing and required information before the trip, and also helped me with information on the fire ban policy.

Stunning property! Easy to access and a beautiful place to spend the night. We were greeted by a pack of curious kangaroos and fell asleep to the sound of birds and animals in a nearby paddock. Susan was prompt and detailed in her communication. Easy to get to Halls Gap. Will absolutely be back!

Beautiful views of the mountain range from the campsite, it was fantastic waking up in the morning to see the hillside all lit up with morning light. Watching the rising red moon from camp was also pretty cool!
Easy to find and hands off which was great, we had the place to ourselves.

I had a very lovely stay at Redmans View. Nice and secluded and in a great area, only 20 mins from Halls Gap. Really easily accessible, I was in a little car and camped in a single swag. GREAT VIEW! The sunrise on the mountains was absolutely stunning

Everything about this set up is just easy and simple. Straight forward instructions and easy communication with the host, with so much room for setting up anything! Nice flat area and plenty of room to spread out from other campers if you want to. The view was outstanding and a great hub for access to all the local areas.

This is a stunning lot, picturesque views and beautiful perfect flat land for camping. The wonderful owners even met us there, left some wood for our stay, and left us in the most beautiful country side you could be left in! Wonderful stay even in the middle of winter!! We will be back again no doubt about it!

Very nice paddock lovely view of the Grampians, however around 10 pm we heard multiple shootings from the property couple meters behind the campsite, felt extremely unsafe and preoccupied

An absolutely idyllic location. Beautiful views of the Grampians and very peaceful.
Directions were very clear, no difficulty finding the field, and it was easily accessible for a 2WD campervan.
We had a lovely chat with the owner on our final morning and it was great to learn a little more about the local area, as well as some good recommendations.

No facilities or anything (as it says) but amazing view of the Grampians (as it says). Exactly as advertised. Bugs were particularly gnarly but if you’ve got some aeroguard and some fly spray you’ll be sweet! Would recommend to people who come prepared, especially if you have a caravan.

This camp-site is absolutely fantastic! Plenty of space between campers and such a uninterrupted, incredible view of the granpians. Really worth the visit and provides a great base to access everything you need from the nearby towns
