Guests must be self-sufficient with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste with them on departure. There is a fire pit available for use and firewood is available to purchase for an additional cost. Maximum of two cars per booking to ensure you fit in the space comfortably. We have Breakfast packs available for $20 pp which include - cereal, milk, fruit and freshly baked muffin from Bp baked that morning. * 12 hours notice required Our home is 5 meters away and we have a horse and cows on the property. There is a large timber fence around the property, so it's very secure, should you wish to head out for day trips. Pets welcome to stay too! We have puppy 2023 and dog staffy. Very friendly. Port Fairy is a lovely coastal fishing town in the southwest of Victoria, well known for its Famous Folk festival in March Long weekend. The owner was super friendly and communicated well, and it was on a beautiful piece of land. Surrounded with alot of wildlife such as emus, kangaroo and koloas. Totally private, the facilities were clean and easy to get to. I camped with a my dog and bird.

Host supplied sticks to get fire started and a nights worth of wood to burn Massive paddock to choose where to camp in means that other guests were far enough away to ensure privacy within your own camp. Camp under the trees for shade or middle of paddock for maximum Grampians view

Fantastic spot to camp! We have been visiting the Grampians for many years now, but have always camped in the Northern end. Sam's property was beautiful, with amazing views of the mountains. Campsites were placed far enough apart from each other, and there was an abundance of firewood. Well placed to explore Dunkeld and the Victoria Valley, with Halls Gap only half an hour away. We'll be back for sure!
