Very secluded spot on the Glenelg river was fantastic. Excellent communication and directions from Daniel the host, highly recommend, thanks again.
One of the nicest places we’ve stayed in a while, great spot for the dogs to run around and have a swim and overall very peaceful.
Daniel was an absolute legend and so kindly came down and gave us a hand to jumpstart the car.

What an amazing weekend we had Thankyou soo much we have a reactive pup and she was soo relaxed the whole weekend which was amazing we have searched for places we can all relax and we have found it we will definitely be back we loved the serenity and being the boy people in there in an untouched world it was just amazing Thankyou Daniel for giving your little piece of paradise
The place offers a serene atmosphere with water and pristine surroundings and plenty to explore to get the spot right per your choice. Just you and place. Would like to come back anytime.

Daniel is an exceptional host.
We were kind of lost and arrived late in the night.
We entered the property from a different entrance, Daniel was quick to respond and even offered to come down in some time as his kid was in bed at that time. But we were able to locate the spot quickly thereafter.
Great quiet place, facing the river, plenty of firewood around for us to gather and set up fire.
Loved the vibe and our stay there.

Epic spot, had a Hybrid Caravan, Full Size Van and swags down on the river. Perfect spot👌
Daniel has an amazing space he is allowing those fortunate enough to get out there use. I would love to keep it to our selves and ensure its always available, but, Daniel deserves the patronage as it is a perfect slice of paradise with noone else around but the birds, sheep and wildlife. This time of year the photos just don't do it justice, it is lush, green and perfect for a winter/spring escape, in summer it would be perfect for a dip on those warm days. The space is flat and plenty of room away from the gums for those worried about widow makers.
We couldn't have asked for a more perfect long weekend away. Thank you again Daniel.

Fantastic site plenty of firewood love the privacy make sure you keep it clean.
Some real Aussie bush camping with the dogs and van in tow. Best 4 days and a never ending fire for cold made it easy staying out at night looking up at the milky way. Drive down to site is easy with our 8m semi off road, we've had more pins in van parks. Great for bush golf. Thanks again mate was great.

Loads of clear space to camp under a starlit sky. A paddock full of sheep, cattle and kangaroos. Plenty of firewood to keep you warm during the night.
Daniel was very accomodating, gave us great recommendations on spots to consider setting camp.
Great place to stay and support the rural community and farmers.

We loved our stay Mt Yulong and would highly recommend a trip there to recharge your batteries.

Great place, easy to find thanks to Daniel’s simple instructions. Paddock to yourself, stone throw from the river plus bonus sheep and cows wandering around - great for the kids. Would stay again.
A perfect peaceful retreat for the Christmas break! We had a relaxing escape at Mount Yulong1, and thoroughly enjoyed watching the abundance of birdlife, kangaroos and even some curious cows and sheep. We camped by the river, and spent our days enjoying the tranquil surroundings within the privacy of Daniels land. We would love to return again soon :) Thank you!

A quiet secluded spot with a sky full of stars,a billabong full of birdlife, a nicely cleared area but with shade to pitch your camp, what more could you ask for to recharge the batteries… oh yes no mobile phone coverage so you can get on with enjoying the serenity! Loved it

MY River Road
The property is peaceful and relaxing working farm. Lots of rolling hills and vegetated gullies. It’s very accessible even during rainy weather. Has no nasty weeds (burs or cat head). Lots of wildlife (kangaroos, wallabies, emu’s, squirrel gliders) and birds. It’s surrounded forests and private woodlands.
We enjoyed our stay and would like to return when in the area again. Our hosts were lovely and we thank them for having us on their land.
