We are located at the foothills of the famous Grampians National Park with stunning views of the mountains and are within walking distance from some of the best mountain hikes, including the new Grampian Peaks Trail at our door step.
We have a total of 600 acres of bush and sheep grazing, with plenty of surrounding activities or sit beside a campfire watching the array of bird life and animals.

Our property is a 180 year old historic homestead hobby farm with river frontage on the Glenelg River and a wonderful established garden.
We have three different listings available at Fulham Homestead:

This property is located at the base of Mount Richmond, just 15 minutes from Portland. Bridgwater lakes is just down the road. And Bridgwater bay about 10 km from camp. We have grassy site available with plenty of shade for self contained campers. We often have Kangaroos and Koalas along with plenty of other wildlife on the property so keep an eye out and make the most of a great wildlife watching opportunity. There are a number of water holes on the property the wildlife like to enjoy.The property borders a section of the Great South West Walk and you can easily get onto the track from here. This walk has some stunning scenery and is a great spot to enjoy this part of the coastline, all from a comfortable base back at camp.Campfires are permitted in the fire pit provided pending there is no restrictions in place. Pets are welcome but please clean up after them and ensure they respect the wildlife in the area. We look forward to welcoming you to Shaddy gums.

We had such a lovely stay here. The location is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and one of the most well-maintained gardens we’ve seen at a campsite. You can tell a lot of care has gone into the property.
Rob was incredibly accommodating and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He made us feel completely at home, checked in to see if we needed anything, offered us bottled water, and took the time to have a really nice conversation. It added such a personal touch to the stay.
A truly special spot and a wonderful host — we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic place to stay.

Fantastic spot! It was incredibly quiet - we were lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves. The grounds are very well maintained, with lovely flat grassy sites. It’s dog-friendly and very reasonably priced. Close to Warrnambool city, and the hosts were absolutely lovely. We’d love to stay longer next time!

We absolutely loved camping here. It’s a great escape from busy metro Melb. We experienced peace, quiet and good fishing. The fire pits are really neat, and David is a wonderful host.

Had a lovely long weekend camping at Shaddy Gums by the water hole. The site was picturesque and far enough away from the other site making it very private. There is so much bird life to watch at all hours of the day and wallabies are well hidden amongst the ferns. It was a great to bring the dogs along too!

Just the most beautiful place to stay. Massive area to pull up, can park anywhere, green grass everywhere. Koalas in the trees, birds in the bushes. Not far from Warnambool town centre. Will definitely stay there again.

What a great camp. Rob ensures the grass is beautiful which is lovely for the kids to play on. There is shade and sun available for different setups. The camp is not far out of Warrnambool and 5 mins to Koroit which is an interesting little town.
The site is level and the setting is beautiful.
