Hey guys, Breaking news....... We have had rain. So the camp sites are begining to green up the track has improved. we are opening Track sites 3 and 4 and group sites. QUIET, and NATURALLY BEAUTIFUL. Our small coastal cattle property is right at the end of Gillinbin Creek Road. The beach has good 4 wheel drive access and is very quiet with secluded private camp sites. Sites are nestled in amongst native coastal vegetation that runs into tropical rain forests. I'm sorry to all, we have to reiterate this, but we have to due to some filthy campers. NO TOILET, NO ENTRY. We are disgusted to have to pick up used toilet paper. One more case of this will see camping cease here and your name hosted in lights as a filthy camper. Sorry for the bluntness. A shovel does not cover as a toilet! Our place is a beautiful place and we will not allow this kind of degradation. The Beach is classified as a Green zone under Qld law which means fishing is excluded along the beach. You can fish at the creek mouth to the north. There is also creek access through the property but no camping there. A small boat can be launched and retrieved. Self sufficient camping only. No toilets, showers, dump points or power provided at this time. Horse yards are available if you whish to bring your horse for rides along the beach, obviously all at your own risk. Well behaved, quiet dogs are allowed, and must be kept within the campsite unless your walking them. Be respectful of others. Areas are available for group Bookings, please message us and we can suggest the best sites for your group. Things to do here include, beach access (walks, drives), horse riding, bird watching, Fishing, Crabbing, A small wet land walk. Or just sit back and watch the beach change with the tide. Relax beside a beautiful spring-fed creek with a rainforest backdrop while clouds float by. We have one private creek site with or without power, you will have the place to yourselves. Amenities are at the main residence up the hill, a shower fee per stay applies. We are not a commercial campground, BBQ and fire pit areas setup for your use at the site and firewood is readily available at fee. The property is located 880m above sea level and 11km up Dalrymple Road in Eungella. The property entrance is concealed and on the left there are three wellie bins opposite a traffic mirror. The front gate is on your left and has a Land for Wildlife sign attached, the gate is aways locked. We have a 150 acre property, 50 acres of which is rainforest with a magical creek winding through it. Rainforest walks have been marked or you can just follow the creek and discover secluded swimming holes with small waterfalls. There are leaches in the rainforest and we recommend that you bring insect repellent and adequate hiking gear. During November firefly´s drift through the property at dusk. Rosellas, King Parrots and Finch's are popular on the property and Cockatoos make a regular visit. Access to the property is by booking only, we recommend, 4WD and AWD during the wet season and if towing but 2WD is ok during the dry times. High clearance caravans up to 9m are ok. Campers are preferred to bring their own amenities and all waste has to be collected and taken off the property. Washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. This is a dog and horse friendly property. We have many ground feeding birds, wallabies and request that animals do not wonder unattended. Please note that we have parasite ticks on the property and recommend that you give your pet a tick treatment prior to arriving. We have no mobile phone coverage on the camp site, limited coverage if you drive up the hill at the highest point. Internet is available at the main residence for emergencies.

Nestled in the foothills of Eungella National Park, in behind Calen (Camerons Pocket), this great campsite offers you the opportunity to go swimming, fishing in the fresh water, put a tube in the creek and relax by a campfire. Oh, and there's berries! You will be camping right beside St Helen Creek, just a throwing distance from the Strawberry Farm which is open during the winter months (July- September). There is access to toilets and showers, but you will need to bring your own drinking water. You are welcome to have a small campfire in one of our dedicated firepits, and enjoy the starry skies at night. This campsite offers the perfect experience for the whole family. For an additional fee, you can pick strawberries from July- September. Blueberry picking is from October to January. There is lots of wildlife around from kookaburras to kangaroos. Plenty of places to swim if you wanted it to be more private. The campsite area is 2WD accessible and we can accommodate tents through to caravans, campervans and larger camping vehicles. No pets please.

I had a nice stay overall. The place was easy to access, quiet, and comfortable enough for a short rest. Brent was friendly and communication went smoothly. The only thing to note is that the area is close to a meat factory, so there’s sometimes a noticeable smell depending on the wind direction. Other than that, it was a good and peaceful spot to stay.

Wow what an amazing spot. We camped right next to the swimming hole and it was just such a great couple of days. There is a zip line and swing into the water that the kids that were also camping there loved. Lots of cows and horses which gave it a real farm stay. We wished we could have stayed longer. Friendly hosts and good comms. You won't be disappointed.

Such a great spot and we had the place to ourselves while we stopped in on our way home from a big road trip. The facilities are fabulous! Cows were doing zoomies in the night which we loved as we have our own cattle. Obviously there is cow poo all around so it was a fun game finding the oldest to stick the swag between. Will definitely stay again if we get the chance.

We loved this spot so much - great swimming, ripe swing & zip line! Grass mowed and green. Beautiful land, watched the cows and horses. Gorgeous full moon night by the fire. Can’t fault it. Thanks for having us we can’t wait to come back, the kids are already asking when!

We loved our stay here. Had the place to ourselves on lovely we’ll kept grass however still would have been plenty of space if there was 5 or 6 groups staying. Amazing watching and listening to the bird life in the mornings and evenings. Had a paddle on the water and watched the storm roll in. Friendly hosts. We would definitely recommend.
