Our property is roughly 1000 acres. Cane cutting season runs from June to November/December so you will see in those months how it runs. We do mixed cropping in between those months and also run approximately 100 head of cattle, give or take how the season is going and a feedlot for the cattle. Our fresh water creek runs through the property and will be able to be enjoyed at certain times of the year when full.

We are a fully operational third generation cane, mixed cropping and cattle farm, 10mins from Sarina. ClearAcre FarmStay offers a relaxed atmosphere with your choice of throwing a line in to see if you can catch a barra, or be more active and paddle around in the surrounding dam in kayaks on offer or bring your own. It is a short walk to the amenities available with a disable toilet and shower also. When it’s time for a feed you are welcome to cook on the fire pit available or have your own off ground fire pit to relax beside. We only offer 10 camping sites to keep it a tranquil, relaxing and fun experience for everyone.

Couples Picnic night

We are a fully operational third generation cane, mixed cropping and cattle farm, 10mins from Sarina. Clearacre Farmstay offers a relaxed atmosphere and we want you to experience the serenity. Picture this… you and your special someone relaxing in a picnic setting by the water under moonlight while sipping on champagne and nibbling on the amazing platter on offer from our local cafe, Roots Collective. The couples picnic package runs for 3hours and all you have to do is arrive and enjoy the atmosphere. After the 3hours the set up will get packed up and you are welcome to camp the night with your loved one or head home. The Farmstay will be open to the public for camping the following day.

It was a beautiful spot amenities were superb and clean they put on movie for kids and an Easter egg hunt only ,mozzies were bad though at dusk

Highly recommended. Lovely clean amenities block, even has flushing toilets. Neatly mowed grass, very clean & tidy. Our site was facing the little waterway. A few mosquitos at dusk & dawn. We had our small dog with us, no problems. Will definitely be back. Great communication from Julie-Ann.

Very lovely spot to camp right on the edge of the dam. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The place was well maintained . The showers and toilets were kept very clean. Will definitely recommend this hipcamp to camp at We will definitely be back.

Nice campground, lovely mowed area and beautiful clean amenities, we had a powered site which was nice for a change. They owners were just installing another amenities so that will be good. The only disappointment for us was the swimming hole/dam was full of weed so made it hard to just walk out of campsite and have a dip. Just had to carry paddle boards up the creek to the little walkway/jetty that goes out in dam. Still nice spot. Only 10 sites or so so never will get too overcrowded… going back in winter will be better for us to return as we really enjoy having the option to swim and paddle board in the warmer months... We usually like to take our dog but glad we didn’t have her with us as her swimming from the edge would of been a nightmare with weed and mud for her

Greeted with professional instructions/map Was able to buy ice from office which saved a trip into town. Serene surroundings. Absolutely better than expected even after seeing photos.

The designing, planning and construction of this camping spot to complement the natural surroundings ensures that it is a perfect place to stay. Welcoming hosts who have thought about the big things and the little things to make a stay here a wonderful experience. Ongoing care and attention to detail maintains the grounds and facilities in tip-top condition. Everything is clean and green!

Clearacre farm stay was our first stop on a long road trip and it was everything we needed. The place is beautiful and very well looked after, the toilets and hot showers were super clean and new. The hosts were also very friendly and helpful. Lots of wildlife to watch too! If we are ever back in the area we would definitely stay again.

I booked last minute but Julie-Ann was really nice and had maps and directions ready to go. The site itself is lovely by the water and plenty of wildlife to watch as the sun sets. Nice flat area for my tent and space for the other campers so it still felt private. The toilet block is very nice, hot water in the showers and very clean. Nice extra touches of the kayaks, sand play area for kids, camp kitchen and the little jetty. I would stay again if I was passing through.

An outstanding spot with excellent amenities, Clearacre is ideally located with great views and plenty of wildlife. We had a very relaxing weekend, Julie Ann is a great host with great communication. We’ll be returning.

Julie welcomed us and was very friendly. She showed us round the site and helped us pick a good spot for our tent. The place was fully booked and still not crowded when we stayed which was great. Nice communal fire area and basic kitchen along with by far the nicest showers and toilets I’ve ever seen! Also not too far from shops in Sarina to get some food and drinks for the BBQ

Great spot, was a long weekend so it was busy with about 8 vans in though the property soaked it up well and it didn’t feel crowded. New, clean amenities. Well maintained property, great bird life and very peaceful. Approximately 10k out of Sarina. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Located just north of Sarina. Close enough to Sarina to go grab anything you forgot. Located in a very secluded area - anyone on the road would not know you were there. Beautiful grassy area with very clean amenities (cleaned daily). Sandpit for the kids (would be great if shaded) as well as a few kayaks supplied for paddling in the water. Our family group had 2 sites with only 6 other families there. Heaps of room though. We thoroughly enjoyed Clearacre - will definitely go again!

Lovely camp ground with modern, clean, bathroom facilities. Nice shady spots. Julie Ann very friendly and hospitable. Close to the Bruce Hwy for a handy relaxing stop.

A lovely quiet campground with outstanding amenities... in a great location to enjoy Sarina and the surrounds. Extra special if you're a birdwatcher and seeking photos of a cotton pygmy goose, honeyeaters and lots more.

Jules has thought of absolutely everything when creating this magical camp on her property. Camping by the billabong is just lovely and the sunsets were gorgeous. Tranquil and relaxing stay. Ammenities sensational! Spotlessly clean and beautiful design. First Aid gear available if required. Garden beds are pretty and there’s lots of green grass to camp on. Camp kitchen and communal fire pit looks amazing! Kayaks and life jackets to use if you feel like a paddle and the cows on the property are fun to watch. We had 3 nights here with our two Border Collies. Sarina beach about 20 mins away is lovely. Clear and warm water, and dog friendly ☺️ Definitely recommend this camp! Thank you Jules- your hard work over the past couple of years has resulted in a very special place! Just fabulous!

Julie-Ann is an amazing host, respond quickly and very helpful. Beautiful location in amongst the cane fields, amenities are great (brand new facilities). Highly recommend for unwinding and relaxing.

Julie-Ann was very responsive to messages and was a terrific help to my son (& his dog) who was passing through town on his way north. She accommodated a later arrival and assisted with a tour of the grounds. The facilities were extremely well kept. Terrific spot and highly recommend for a quiet night or two.
