We absolutely loved staying at the creek sites at corie vale... the drive down was definitely 4wd only.. but very worth it when you get there.. the creek was great to cool off and even went rock hopping and found a lovely waterfall and swim hole... tony was such a lovely host and very welcoming with his beautiful doggo.. will definitely be coming back to this beautiful part of the world thats not too far from home

Platypus Point was such a beautiful campsite, we stayed for a weekend but wish we had the whole week as it was so serene and relaxing. We honestly kept forgetting we were less than an hour from the city. Lexi and Kieren were also wonderful hosts, we really felt so welcomed and privileged to stay on their property. The directions for arrival were clear, we even got a map from the gate on the way in with some helpful tips and facts about the area. The communication throughout the whole trip was really appreciated as well, they made sure to let us know about a few truck deliveries and noises but we weren’t bothered by it at all. There was also kayaks left on the campsite which was just another added bonus on our trip as we spent most of our time on the water, which was also beautiful. Hopefully we’ll come back soon and be able to stay for longer as we had such an amazing time.

Great camp spot, right on the river, peaceful and quite, who could ask for more. Libby is an excellent hostess. She goes above and beyond to make sure that your stay is one that you want to remember. However in saying that, please do the right thing and have some respect leaving the area how you found it. Take your shit and rubbish with you and dispose of it in the correct place.

There are three sites on the lower river flat, all separated giving privacy. Kayaks are kept in a designated site for all to use.

Lovely cleared area with easy access to the river bank. Caught plenty of catfish, a couple turtles, a perch and a bass on our one night stay. I am pretty certain I saw a platypus also, a brown wide backed creature popped up and ducked back under the water pretty swiftly around 630am to the right of the point. Very private area and quiet. Saw one boat zoom past while we were fishing. Make sure you bring wood as the campfire ring was great to sit around at night. The lovely owners had freshly mowed the grass just before our arrival and had left a handy page of notes on the property for us at the gateway. We will definitely be back :) thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

Its a great camp site. Right by the river. Libby is an excellent host. Down to earth & helpful. Sadly she is fed up with campers abusing her hospitality by burying their toilet waste on site. What they don't understand is that it contaminates the soil. Kills grass & will most likely wash out in the next flood. Do it & you you may not be allowed back. Well done Libby.

Tony was super accomodating and showed us the track to the creekside camp sites. Unfortunately storms just before arrival and road tyres on the shark 6 meant I wasn’t confident to get back up the track. Tony allowed us to camp up the top with splendid views. Highly recommend.

We own 35 beautiful acres along the banks of Yabba Creek. 3 minutes out of Imbil village, 12 minutes to Borumba Dam and surrounded by State Forests. We offer 4 sites, both powered and non-powered sites. Nestled along the banks of a pristine section of the Yabba Creek, there are large swimming holes for all water activities and shallow rapids great for the kids to play in. The Creek is home to an array of wildlife. Platypus are seen daily, plenty of bird life and a variety of fish and turtles. Please be aware that there is a fishing ban on the Yabba Creek between the 1st of August and the 31st October every year. The backdrop is a large steep mountain that comes to the waters edge, which is where we created the name of our property "Yabba Ridge". We have a variety of animals which are behind high fences, and are very unique and spectacular to look at especially at feeding time where you can get a good look at them up close. With only 4 sites, we offer a spacious camping area, spread out all to enjoy the views of the mountain and creek. Buranga Farm is a small organic family-run farm on 60 acres in the Noosa hinterland only ten minutes from Peregian Beach. The property is largely flat with a hill on the Eastern side and a ridgeline at the very back of the property. There are plenty of cleared open areas as well as a mix of lightly treed and native vegetation. Site one and two are located on the hillside looking west to Mount Cooroy and are best suited for couples. Sites three and four share a large open grassed area the flows down to the main lake that offers great swimming. Site five overlooks the lake and opens into a private bush area. All areas of the property are open to campers to walk through and explore. The farm comprises a series of ponds near the road that are in the process of being renovated for Red Claw Crayfish. Being only 20 minutes to the sunshine coast airport it’s a great opportunity to park up your big or small touring rig to head interstate at short notice if required. This amazing property has views of mt Coolum and mt Nindery with some of the best sunrise and sunsets around. With easy access to the property we can also cater for larger caravans and big groups of people. Being on the river there is option for fishing and crabbing, we are only a few hundred meter walk to the Yandina Creek Wetlands walking trails. Camp Fires are allowed on site. Please notify us if you are camping with other campers who have booked a separate site so we can have you camping beside each other During busy times, most weekend bookings are a minimum of 2 nights with 1 night bookings during the week, however occasionally we will have 1 night bookings on weekends. Check with your host to see availability on 1 night bookings. All campsites run parallel too the creek and are situated on the upper bank of Yabba Creek. Some have creek views, the other sites have trees between the creek and their site. All have mountain views. The main access to the creek is half way along the campground between site 8 and 9. Please do not leave your car parked in the walkway as this will block the entrance to campsite 9. Unfortunately, we lost many of our creek access points due to flooding. Our property is situated between Imbil and Lake Borumba on the beautiful Yabba Creek. We have 110 acres, with campsites on 20 acres. We have 1km of creek frontage. The creek offers fishing, swimming and kayaking. If you're lucky you'll spot the platypus in the creek and there's lots of birdlife around so bring your cameras! Kayaks are supplied free for all campers to use. We just ask that you treat them with respect and return them back to their launching place once you have finished with them. It would pay to pack your reef walkers as the river is rocky in spots. There is lots of space for motorhomes and large camping vehicles to maneuver and park. Plenty of flat spots for your tent or vehicle. This campsite has access to flushing toilets (toilets are situated approx. 400m from the camp sites) and water (rainwater), but you will need to bring your own camping shower. Campfires are permitted outside of fire-ban season (please use the existing firepits). The property features a gorgeous rainforest with a walking track that you can follow safely, and you can also access the state forest next door if you're up for a bigger adventure. Lake Borumba is just down the road which permits water skiing, boating, fishing and other water recreation. The town ship of Imbil is only 7 minutes away where you can visit the many cafes, bakeries, The Imbil pub, Sunday markets, Produce and hardware store, supermarket, butcher, clothing shops, hairdresser, fishing supplies, Petrol station, post office and more. We are a working cattle and horse property but we do allow pets, however pet owners will need to abide by the rules as set out under the Rules and Safety "Pets" section. Please note that there is a rifle range within hearing distance from Maluka Park and campers may at times on weekends hear gunshots. This generally only goes for a few hours.

We are a working family farm set on over 150 acres on the beautiful Mary River, located in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. We offer 4 peaceful sites with direct river frontage for self-contained caravans, campers and tents. WE DO NOT HAVE TOILET OR SHOWER FACILITIES. Campfires permitted in fire pits provided. We offer complimentary kayaks and tyre tubes for guests use, BYO life jackets if required. Bring your fishing rod and fish from your camp or a kayak. It is expected that all guests treat our kayaks and tyre tubes with respect. The road to the campsite is an all-weather access road. The campsite is also easily accessible with 2WD vehicles. A FAIR USE POLICY applies to guests who intend to camp as one party. Please DO NOT book separate sites. If you have a big group and want to have the campsite to yourself, then please head to our 'Entire Private Group' site. *Firewood available by the bag to purchase. (private contractor) The Mary River water level is determined on rain fall. I will make personal contact with all campers when flooding occurs. The River is flowing beautifully at the moment.. Each vehicle must bring and use its own self-contained portable toilet and portable shower; The use of the property’s land and surrounding area for toileting, washing, or grey water discharge is strictly prohibited; Washing, bathing, or disposing of any waste water in the river or on the ground is strictly prohibited; All human waste, grey water, and associated waste materials must be removed from the site upon departure and disposed of at an appropriate off-site facility.
