The Magic Pond is a private property, not a commercial business. The land is suitable for self-sufficient campers only. THERE ARE NO AMENITIES, YOU NEED TO BRING OR HIRE YOUR OWN TOILET, WITHOUT ONE YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE. No dumping of waste is permitted on the property. The closest dump point is Caboolture Showgrounds (140 Beerburrum Road, Caboolture 4510), which is open 24/7 and approximately 15 km from The Magic Pond.
Firewood is available for purchase.

The road to the campsite is an all-weather access road. The campsite is also easily accessible with 2WD vehicles.

Washing, bathing, or disposing of any waste water in the river or on the ground is strictly prohibited;
All human waste, grey water, and associated waste materials must be removed from the site upon departure and disposed of at an appropriate off-site facility.

At Valley Camping you can pitch your tent, park your camper or caravan to access the beautifully mowed campsites beside the Yabba Creek and spring fed dam.
Each site is secluded and quiet and provides you with a fire pit to enjoy in the evenings and there is a picnic table as well.
There is over a kilometre of creek frontage for you to explore during your stay.
Spend your days by the beautiful creek side and enjoy endless swimming, fishing and kayaking.
We would love to welcome fully self contained campers with their own toilet/shower facilities but we also have a portable toilet available for use. It may be a bit of a walk from some of the campsite. Under no circumstances leave toilet paper (among other very unpleasant things) in the bush surrounding the campsites.
We ask that you please take all rubbish with you on departure and leave the area as you found it. All camp sites must be left in the same condition as you found it absolutely no litter of any kind. Messy campers will be reported to Hipcamp. Under no circumstances place any rubbish in any of the rubbish bins along Reeves Road as our neighbours are very unappreciative of this.
All this is just 5 minutes from Imbil and Kandanga where you can find everything you need for a great camping trip.
Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times and must not disturb other campers.
Please ensure you clean up after your pets.

A cleared grass/gravel paddock close to everything Maroochydore, Coolum and the Sunshine Coast has to offer! Our land backs onto the Maroochy River (no direct access but the boat ramp is less than 5 minute drive away) and each site is sheltered by tall trees. There are 3 defined sites with plenty of room for privacy and escape in nature. Bring your own push bike or walking shoes to explore the mangroves and bushland. We have an abundance of native wildlife and it’s a good idea to bring mozzie/insect repellent.
We do have plenty of firewood available although if it’s been raining it will be best to BYO wood. We have a communal fire pit you can use (please don't camp on the grass near the fire pit).
We kindly ask all campers to be 100% self-sufficient as we do not have any waste, water, or power facilities. You carry it in you carry it out.
Our site is 2WD friendly although once again if it's been raining it's best to stick to the gravel roads. Please message me if you have any questions!
To keep us all safe, we have some VERY IMPORTANT notes:
Please stay on the gravel roads - there are deep holes and drains hidden by long grass on neighbouring blocks. These can cause damage to vehicles and you will need a tow truck to be recovered.
Bring your pets, please keep them close as we have no fences.

Libby was a friendly host who has a well maintained spot to camp by a creek. Easy access and clear directions to follow. We spent the day wandering Eumundi markets and made our way to our camp site in under 30 minutes. Good location away from the Bruce Highway but close enough if your up that way to do something other than just camp. We were looking for a quiet spot near water and thanks to timing we almost had the place to ourselves. The creek was running well and the water was divine. 3 sites by the creek well spread out. Very little shade so come prepared. We had site one and were very happy. I actually think if I returned in summer I would select site 4 away from the creek. It is a short stroll less than 30 meters but the site is position under a canopy of trees the perfect spot to lean back and read a book. Thanks for the great stay.

We loved camping at the Magic Pond. We used the kayaks provided to do a little trip on the pond with the water lillies, ducks and turtles! We had a little campfire and we woke up to cows in the nearby paddock (Area B) and lots of magpies! Highly recommend!

What a beautiful spot! The running creek is gorgeous and several areas to swim with all sites having large fire pits. The owner Lib is lovely and accomodating. So serene if you like the peace. Will definitely be returning.

Great camping spot with plenty of space, peaceful surroundings, and easy access. Clean areas, good open areas, and a relaxed vibe made it perfect for a weekend escape. Woke up to fresh air and kangaroos. Would happily return and recommend it to others. Great value.

Such a beautiful spot. We were at camp 3 which had the most gorgeous tress for shade, great fire pit and bench. Close to the toilet.
Was a bit difficult to get to the creek but so worth it!
Great area to explore! Imbil has a great pub, bakery and the servo has the best pizza’s

Huge sites, and easy flat access
Close to Beachmere and shops and only 20-25 mins from Bribie island and Sandstone point.
Sandstone point marina has a toilet dump site so it’s proved to be an easy stay.

Very nice place. I would definitely stay again. We stayed only one night, but it was beautiful.. surrounded by nature, very peaceful, and completely quiet. Access was straightforward as long as the instructions were followed. Dani was friendly and responded very quickly. I highly recommend it.
