Only one site has bathroom access, Hillhead. One acre dog enclosure available for friendly dogs. Large grassed areas among gum trees, set high so there are sea breezes in summer. Lots of birdlife, with kookaburras, galahs, curlews, cockatoos and lorikeets nesting on site, you will meet our friendly magpie and butcherbirds too.
We are in a koala zone and occasionally get visitors during breeding season, and there's been a few wallaby sightings recently. We have a small hobby farm with chickens and ducks. We also have a goat, native bees, a worm farm and an aquaponics system
Plenty of local activities and events. Too many to list!

The closest activity is the mini-golf at Alexandra Hills Hotel and Conference Centre.
Its also very handy for breakfast, lunch or dinner if you don't feel like cooking. Family friendly and reasonably priced for the area. There is a playground for kids and a bottle shop.

For those without transport Dakabin train station is 25 min from the farm. Pick up and drop off to the station can be arranged. There is a wide variety of shops and restaurants less than 10 min away.

Olive View Estate is a stunning 35 acre 700 tree working olive farm and guest stay accommodation. We have two paddocks on the back of the olive grove with breath-taking views.
Enjoy a walk through our gardens and olive grove. You are welcome to roam our entire property - we just suggest wearing enclosed shoes. We have some very friendly farm animals - Olly the goat. Barb, Shaun, Dodge, Daisy, Duke, Georgie, Gracie and babies Leslie & Bo who all love carrots and apples.
This is a full working farm and we restore vintage caravans and classic cars. You will see us pottering in the garden or walking our poodle, but we will leave you to your privacy.
We have a beautiful vintage bus that we have converted into a farm shop and you can buy olives, relishes, honey, jam, seasonings, magnesium and more.
We welcome small gatherings to celebrate birthdays, engagements or function (Christmas etc) just let us know during the booking process. We would appreciate quiet after 10pm.
We are only 8 minutes from shops in town and a short drive for all of the Scenic Rim's attractions. We are in the heart of The Scenic Rim.
The camping grounds is private and picturesque in our back paddocks - looking back over our olive grove and out to the great dividing range. We have fire pits set up in the camp area - please bring an extinguisher, wood and matches. The camp grounds has an easy access and campers have had no issues levelling out on the gentle slope or go higher up the paddock to the trees and the ground is level with the best views of the mountain ranges.
Olive View Farm is ideal for self sufficient campers.
At the front of the property near the bus shop we have permanent picnic tables set up for anyone to use.
Dogs on a lead are welcome - we have lots of Kangaroos and Wallabies and we want to protect them.
We are always on site and happy to help with anything you need.
*Please note any negative feedback for camping received was from a festival that took place on our property in 2022 and the event organisers promised the campers facilities and did not deliver. Unfortunately Hipcamp won't remove these comments and we had no management of these customers. ALL other positive comments are through us direct.

Our sites are completely isolated from town, with views and not visible from the road. Sites are set among nearly 100 acres of a mix of open land and rainforest. Multiple natural springs exist on the property and a few small spring-fed waterholes are scattered down the cascading hills. Friendly ducks, geese, fish, horses and an abundance of native wildlife live here. This location is home to several endangered species due to being one of the last isolated pockets of rainforest in the area.
Sites are part of The Bush Clinic where we specialise in designing and making natural creams, soaps, teas, dodorants and other products as well as running regular Meditation courses and topics such as Energy, Frequency, Grounding and Advanced Organic Growth techniques for those wanting to join in are formally available during your stay.
We are new to HipCamp so have limited facilities at present, but they are in progress and we have loads of space per site, comfortable, and lots to offer for those wanting to reconnect with Nature. If you know what ley-lines are - this is the right place to visit ;-)
PS if you are towing a van or camper pls remember to engage 4wd at the front gravel gate (low range 2nd is best). This helps avoid chewing the road up...

All UPDATES/NOTES listed below are in answer to common questions we are asked - please read all before requesting a booking, especially the need to confirm your 4WD status and camping platform at time of booking request.
Our property is 4WD access. You are risking your booking and vehicle if you turn up in a 2WD or family SUV.
See Extras for booking park and ride option if your vehicle is 2WD.
UPDATE as at 16 April 2024: Some of our tracks are rutted and may become slippery in wet weather. We do basic maintenance to keep access open for 4WDS.
Kobble Creek West is readily accessible from several locations on our property boundary. Ideal for creek exploring and rock hopping. There’s even a small lagoon now awaiting you. At this time (April 2024) the creek has been flowing and the lagoon is refreshed. Without further rains it will return to being generally dry but will flow with heavy downpours in the D’aguilar Ranges.
Explore the trails by bike, or check out the hiking trails on our property (there are hike options suitable to your preferred difficulty). Bring your machete for an even greater hiking experience!
You can relax by or in the spring fed dam, explore seasonal Kobble Creek West which borders the property, feed the chickens or goats, spot the abundant bird life, or sit patiently and a deer or fox may appear at dusk.
Enjoy the evenings sitting around the campfire as you gaze at the stars.
All sites have sufficient spacing from other sites to ensure acceptable privacy. You are welcome to enjoy our off-grid camping with the expectation that facilities are minimal.
NOTE: Surcharges exist for a number of circumstances, including day visitors and single-night bookings. These can be found in the Extras and must be added at the time of booking for your request to be accepted.
NOTE: Please also indicate that you are 4WD and your camping platform and size as you book. This enables us to site you appropriately.
NOTE: Each site has a stand alone camping toilet bucket, located behind a small shade cloth screen near your camp site. You’ll have a seat to sit on, a lid to close, and the need to throw some Leaves and grass in each time you go.

This property is a Council registered tourist back-to-basic bush camping and 4WD park, with over 20km of tracks throughout the entire property, the main setup is for 4x4 driving activities.
There are chemical toilets near the campsites. Hot showers and a flushing toilet if required back at the main car park. showers 7am to 5pm as there is no night driving
We have 14 camp areas divided into 56 campsites. Limited sites accessible for most 2WD and All-WD vehicles and caravans. best to email your requirements so we can set aside a suitable campsite
We do not charge for children under 5 years of age. Please do not add this age-group to your booking. Children's rate is charged from 5 year to 16 years. You will need to adjust your booking as Hip camp adult rate charge starts from 12 years old.
