We have over 100 different varieties of dragon fruit, with each one having different foliage characteristics and tastes, like watermelon, lime, coconut, lychee and more. Half of our 3.7 Acres is farm forestry that we are building a syntropic farm in. We are 5km from the beach, 4.5 km from the nearest supermarket and 13km from 1770 headland. 12km to the north we have Eurimbula National Park where you can explore middle creek and Eurimbula creek. 8km to the South we have Deep-Water National Park, where you can discover by 4wd some amazing uncrowded beaches. Close by we have Agnes Water main beach, Workman’s beach, Chinamans beach and Springs beach to explore. 1770 headland offers a short walk with an amazing view. Every second Sunday at the 1770 rotary park we have a local market which is a great place to pick up fresh fruit and veg. Agnes water and 1770 has that small town feel and slowed-down pace with lots of friendly locals making it a great place to explore, take a deep breath and relax. We do not provide power, water or toilet this is for off grid campers only.

23E was a quiet site while we were there but there were a few factors to consider. We found the site very Rocky which made setting up a tent difficult. It is a short distance from the bathrooms and camp kitchen. Maybe about 200m downhill. Other than that, the site was good as we could bring our dog. I would recommend this site for a stay of a few nights.

We had a really great stay here. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. When we were going to grill, he not only came over to help us get everything ready, but he also sat with us while we grilled and we had a wonderful conversation. He even let us borrow some of his own kitchen equipment when we were missing a few things. Small gestures like that truly make a big difference.

Beautiful bush sites with ample space. Basic facilities but well run. Great quiet spot to explore Agnes Waters area and enjoy nature. Fire pits, nice camp kitchen/games area/cubby for kids. Grass Tree pool was the best! Especially at sunset

Not a bad spot to stay for the night. Yes, it's close to the very busy main road into Agnes, but we were out investigating the area any way, and by night there wasn't much traffic at all. Heaps of space too.

Great location for accessing Agnes Water and 1770. Close to road so a little bit of road noise but didn't worry us. Be sure to check surrounding trees as not trimmed so reduces spots to camp unless you want to take a chance with any branches that may fall.

We loved Mark's hipcamp plenty of space to choose from at the upper side n lower side of the dam. Pet friendly can have firepits, there's also plenty of wood around to cut up yourself. No amenities have to be fully self-contained. Would go back.

Good place to pull up. We parked near the road (it wasn’t too loud) and stayed for 2 nights. Big grassy area with a few other vans and motorhomes. Close to the little shopping village for groceries etc. only a short drive into Agnes Water town and 1770. Good price

Well located. Close to beach & shops. Tree limbs could do with a good pruning. Too many overhanging dead branches so you need to be careful where you park. Main road is quite noisy but settles down at night. Would stay again.

The photos did not really give an accurate representation of the conditions which were overgrown in sections, and not that well maintained unfortunately, meaning we couldn't pitch our tent so easily. However, everything else re kitchen space, utilities and camp fire, pizza oven were super and we definitely recommend on this front.
