I have a small private property with grass campsites by a tidal outlet to Port Stephens harbour. We do not offer secluded camp sites away from other people on large acreage. You can spend your days fishing, kayaking or enjoying Nelson Bay and surrounding areas and beaches which are only 15 minutes away. Guests have the use of a retreat shelter/fire place/BBQ area and wifi. Campers must try to be self contained bringing their own water, toilet and shower. Sorry, no caravans over 20ft. Suite solo travellers, couples wanting a quiet weekend and LGBT friendly. We do have available tank, rain water for drinking, a toilet and hot shower, microwave and free wifi available for those who cannot be totally self contained. Yes there are mozzies because you are near water, so bring repellent. Pets are welcome but must stay on a leash throughout your stay. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Please BYO firewood. Fires are only permitted when there are no fire restrictions and in the designated fire pit and designated fire pit area for your own fire pit. Children 16 & under stay for free. Please notify host if you are bringing children. Please be careful and supervise young children near the water.

We are Based in a Quiet Area in Howes Valley NSW TJ's has over 1000 acres of mixed beautifully grassed areas, surrounding Aussie bush, and a sand based seasonal river (the river is not always flowing fully). Where you can relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the Australia Bush, taking in the stunning views, listening to the wildlife, star gazing, go bush walking, splash in our crystal clear seasonal river or bring out your adventure side and go 4wding. Pets are definitely welcome, but please be sensible and do not bring them if they are aggressive. Please pick up after him/her (there is nothing worse than stepping in a dog dropping). Horses also welcome - we have a fenced cattle yard. Hot Showers are available. There are toilets placed around the property. We have communal sites plus separated private sites for those that would like some privacy. (If you would like a private site, please message us once you have booked). Have a Fenced off Kids Playground. Buggys (allowed any weekend at an extra fee). Quads and dirt bikes also allowed PLEASE NOTE; They are an extra fee and only allowed on specific weekends. Buggy Tours and kids quad rides are available (extra costs). We would like to advise that entry to our beautiful property is a dirt road and does have mounds. The road has just been upgraded and although has dirt mounds is quite easy. We suggest to drive over them on an angle and take your time. We have lots of people come in with trailers and campers and have not had a problem. But do not recommend it if you have a lowered car. Any concerns, please contact us.

Our family glamping trip at The Bower Farm Tent was an absolute success—we're already planning our next visit! The genuine hospitality and incredible personal touches made this experience truly unforgettable. The owners' effort was outstanding. Traveling with three kids can be tricky, but they expertly set up the tent for all three girls' comfort. They were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. The real highlight for our horse-mad eldest was the special horse riding lesson organized on-site at the Bower Farm—zero travel time and the thrill of her year! The girls also loved their brilliant, long ride on the family farm tractor. Their generosity shone through in the stunning fresh food pack: delicious farm eggs, a tasty local wine, amazing local sourdough bread, and little treats for the kids. Every item was carefully chosen. Finally, the setting is pure magic. We were lucky to spot kangaroos and mesmerizing fireflies! Nothing beats the hot tub and campfire beneath that incredible starry sky—far from the city lights, the stars are truly breathtaking. Thank you for the perfect blend of comfort, adventure, and kindness. We highly recommend The Bower Farm Tent for a five-star escape!

The Regent Bower is a hidden gem nestled just a stone's throw away from the historic Stroud Village centre. It's a perfect place for luxurious glamping with excellent and high quality facilities. Both Rachel and Matt are amazing hosts who have devoted their hearts into making a superb glamping experience for their guests. They have been very responsive to any queries and have organised a private lama encounter which was an icing on the cake!

What a cute setup! I love the addition of the tiny house with the glamping tent, it made cooking and using the bathroom really easy - especially in winter! The glamping tent was really cosy and had everything you needed. The location was far away from anything else but really easy to get to and access. It was so nice sitting by the fire in the evening and listening to the creek and all the nature around you. Communication from hosts was great. I'd definitely return!

Loved my stay at the Bower Farm Collective. Matthew and Rachel have really paid attention to the little details and aesthetic to make this glamping experience enjoyable. The Bower Farm Glamping Experience was outstanding! The setting is remarkable; there is a nice flat outlay where the Tent is located, and a beautiful creek that runs through their property which you can walk along and explore. The amenities are beyond what you would expect for an off-grid escape. Matt & Rachel were personable, friendly and very accommodating. They both went to great lengths to ensure that our stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. Some highlights from the Trip were the Hot Tub, the amazing view of the Stars at Night, the cozy King Size Bed and we even got to see a Platypus in the wild thanks to their suggestions on where to look. Stroud is a humble town with plenty to see and do. There are Cafes, Wineries and a Distillery only a short drive away. Can't recommend enough! Will definitely be back.

We had a beautiful time at the tent, we spent a quiet and nice NYE and enjoyed all the beaches around the area, just like we wanted it. Location is great, near big towns but also secluded to have some rest time, whilst facilities are comfortable to have a chill and restful time in nature.

We stayed over Xmas and it was just perfect. Everything we could ask for. Louise greeted us and showed us around told us about the local attractions. We reccomend the shark and ray encounters! Weekend Trip to Noonaweena

The glamping at Noonaweena was exceptional! The advertising photos don't do the place justice. The camp kitchen is large and well stocked, the tents are set up beautifully and are very cosy. The spot is quite far from other buildings so there's a real sense of privacy. Adam is a great host- very friendly and helpful. We went with our 3 young children and everyone had a great time. Thanks Adam!
