Weekend Trip to Warm Corner

Lambert and Deborah were very friendly, and I had a great experience here. The place had everything I needed—including all kitchenware, a fridge, laundry and a perfect shower. If you're like me and looking for a weekend getaway/ new solo camer you'll feel safe and comfortable here.

2 nights at NSW Ski Gardens

Great camping spot, would revisit. We chose the grassed area which was in great condition and had a fire pit and bin close by. We were lucky enough to be the only ones camping so it was quiet and relaxing with ample space. Toilet block in walking distance from all spots that was clean with no issues.

Weekend Trip to Down by the Hawkesbury

Megan was so hospitable and the spot was great. A secluded atmosphere but super convenient for Sydney siders. Amazing amenities but don't forget cooking equipment, plates, knives ect. You'll have coverage, electricity and a fantastic time. Beware the boat races down the Hawkesbury - the perfect alarm bell!

Peaceful camping ground, an easy 5 minute bike ride from St Albans. Plenty of camping positions to choose from. We took our 18ft van and had plenty of level ground for our full site set up. Lovely and welcoming hosts. Highly recommend.

2 nights at Seclusion at Nangala

Another lovely time at Nangala even with the rain. The 2WD corolla and golf managed okay on the access track in in the rain. Lots of firewood was supplied for a rainy day inside :) It's a cozy peaceful spot inside with lots of room to stay out of the rain under the patios. We had a fire outside and then inside after we were rained out, and there is a nifty white blind in the lounge area that works well as a projector screen if you bring your own projector like we did. Thanks again Chad!

1 night at NSW Ski Gardens

Host was perfect very easy to deal with and willing to help with anything. Very scenic drive in and beautiful views. Site was quite and well maintained. Fish were biting straight out from the boat ramp. Check out the route in there if you have never been before the gorge road is not suitable for large setups. The detour adds about 20 minutes but a pleasant drive.

DeView Colo River is the perfect spot for an easy, relaxing camping trip. Access is simple, the campsites are spacious, and the natural surrounds are beautiful and peaceful. The on-site bathrooms and washing facilities are clean and well-maintained, making it a great choice for families, solo campers, and first-timers. Plus, it’s pet-friendly — a big bonus if you’re bringing furry friends along! Yara is a wonderful host and she provided up to date information. Made everything easy!

We had such a wonderful experience. We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived to see the shed with everything you could need with games for the kids too. It rained and had the cover to park under so we didn’t get anything wet too. Very clean with an excellent shower. Our toddlers loved seeing lots of kangaroos hopping close by. Couldn’t recommend higher!

We have cleared grassy paddocks, some shady areas, and access to the Colo River, one of the most pristine rivers in NSW. Our river access is normally shallow, well suited to young families or those who just want to lay back and enjoy a quiet refreshing dip. Amazing sunrises, sunsets, and star gazing are provided free of charge along with bird watching, local wildlife, and horses in surrounding paddocks. We offer limited sites to comply with NSW Camping legislation and Hipcamp guidelines and to enable campers to experience the Colo as it should be, listening to the beautiful wildlife and really appreciating the outdoors. Sites are large spaces with varying distance between sites to enable you to enjoy the camping experience in your own space. Both paddock sites and limited river spots are available. If you are planning to stay with friends and you wish to share a site only 1 booking is required, the sites are large, some up to 30m x 30m. (Saturday night 2 night minimum) Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis, please check with Hosts prior to booking, as conditions and a charge applies. Please ADD EXTRA at checkout for dogs... $20 per dog per visit There is no mobile reception or internet access, therefore, providing a true off-grid retreat. Self-sufficient campers are preferred. Destroyed in the March and July 2022 floods, we have now re-built and are looking forward to welcoming back our guests. Bring your caravans, tent or swag - all are welcome! Unfortunately, boats are not. Relax and enjoy the serenity whilst being only 1 hour from Sydney. We offer the site to one group only, a maximum of 20 guests. However note, we are not a place for rowdy groups and parties. Groups are welcome here to enjoy the time with their family and friends, play a little music and relax by the river. The river can get busy (which is great after the floods as it has been dead for so long) and so can the road across the river but if you are enjoying your family and friends you won't even notice! We have one basic toilet, and one river water shower available too! Please bring your own drinking water. Fires are only permitted when allowed, in the designated areas only.

Guests have direct access for swimming to Webbs Creek this area is a shared area. Camp Bunya is a private campsite for group bookings. We offer our site to guests who want privacy and seclusion, enjoy the great outdoors and choose to make a little extra noise without upsetting the neighbours. Water access for swimming is available at your own beach. Toilets and shower amenities are provided. There is no power or cooking facilities, however a BBQ can be provided for hire. The campsite features mowed areas for camping with a large undercover area with a fireplace.
