Off grid campers, 4wd vehicles with pop ups or tents on ground and RVs can be accommodated. We have a leave only footprints philosophy. All rubbish and waste (human, animal & general) must be taken off property. Extremely well behaved dogs are welcome. Our birds are free range so dogs need to be feathered friend friendly. We had lovely 4 nights at Surfside, the powered was level with concrete pad. Power, water and waste close. The amenities were modern and clean. Overall I was so impressed, our stay surpassing any caravan park we’ve stayed at since being on the road for 13 weeks. The beach is stunning.

The host was amazing, providing clear and easy instructions that made our arrival and stay effortless. 🔑 ​The location itself is stunning. It’s beautifully quiet, surrounded by green fields 🌳 and a peaceful dam 💧. It was a joy to explore the grounds. Only a 20 minute drive down Pebbly Beach road to the beach! Easy access for 2WD and 4WD on her property, and to the beaches too. We will be back :)

I almost don’t want to write a good review for this place in case it means it won’t be available next time we want to go there ☺️ gorgeous peaceful spot, rolling hills, and a dam with kayaks and life jackets provided for my kids. Plenty of food to find around the site but the big bags of wood available for $20 were handy. We will definately be back!

Great little farm with a dam. They provide kayaks to use it the dam and apparently it’s quite deep for a swim ( we didn’t but other camper came down for a swim ) Bit of an incline if you want to camp close to the dam but plenty of flat area not too far away. Theres a couple of friendly horses that cruise around. About 5 min drive from the quaint Bundanoon and heaps of bush walks. Lisa the host is a great communicator. Nestled right up against the escarpment at an elevation of 450m, this high-end, off-grid 40 acre property effectively offers your own private slice of Macquarie Pass National Park - amazing views, giant cedar trees, fern forests, cascading waterfalls and palms surround. It feels remote but it's only 90 min from Sydney, 30 min to Kiama and just 15 min to the shops. The property also offers the only hiking path up to the top of the escarpment for some truly amazing views. As of September 2025, many of the trails on the property have been degraded by the rains and are now challenging for 2WD cars. If you're towing or it's wet we recommend AWD or 4WD vehicles. Since this is coastal rainforest and it has been very wet, expect leeches anywhere it is damp. These are easily kept at bay with deet and or trousers tucked into socks. We're not particularly price sensitive - until all those rate rises - but we are extremely value sensitive so we set out to make your stay extremely good value for your hard earned money. The land itself does most of the heavy lifting but also personal service and of course there's Lana to fall in love with. Note, Mellows Rd is 2.6km long and rises 400m - in parts the road is a 15 degree grade. It's all paved but narrow so if you are towing a large heavy load, it's going to strain your car.
