'The Cottage' is open plan with loft style accommodation with 2 x queen beds, 2 x KS and 2 x floor mattresses. It has a lounge room area with TV, small kitchenette and bathroom. All linen is provided.
'The Shed' is also open style accommodation with 3 x double beds and 1 x KS. It also has a bathroom with laundry, Kitchenette, the kids pool table and a ping pong table. All bed linen for this area is stored in a tub in the shed and beds can be made up by guests as needed. Just bring towels!
Making memories is what we are about whether that be fishing, swimming, kayaking, watching the races in the bar over a game of pool or just sitting by the fire with your favorite tunes to relax and unwind. Some guests may be lucky enough spot a platypus or even witness the mustering team in action from a distance.
For those adventure lovers out there, who enjoy canoeing or kayaking, you may want to take advantage of being on section one of 'The Longest Whitewater Trail in Australia'. If you enjoy 4WD adventures a day trip to The Junction at the Nymboi-Binderay National Park is well worth the drive.
The closest town to get supplies is Coutts crossing, approx 22km drive. There is a BP service station with a general store and post office inside. Here you can also grab a coffee and takeaway food. Coutts Crossing also has a Tavern which does lunch and dinner most days and locally run raffles most Friday nights.

Each campsite has it's own firepit surround in which to light your camp fire. Firewood is available for purchase.

Never Never Park is a Sub-Tropical Rainforest property which borders the ancient Gondwana World Heritage National Park on 2 sides including along Coopernook creek. Located half an hours drive Northeast of Dorrigo and 1 hour West of Coffs Harbour (via Eastern Dorrigo Way) in the beautiful Bellingen Shire, surrounded by various National Parks with 4WD tracks, crystal clear creeks, waterfalls, cascades, swimming holes and picnic areas.
The property is 400 acres featuring spring fed mountain streams, cascades and waterfalls that run through its central gorge. First surveyed in 1906 and logged in the days of bullocks and hand saws, remnants of a bygone era remain including the “Jack Feeney Memorial Giant Tallowwood Tree”, a Champion Tree of Australia listed in the National Register of Big Trees. It’s over 50m tall, more than 1000 years old, and was around long before Captain Cook reached our shores.
The landscape starts in dense Sub-Tropical Rainforest opening up to lush green pastures overlooking the amazing views to the west showcasing hedge-rowed rolling hillsides and 1600m high mountain range towards Marengo.

One of the most special parts of staying here is sharing the landscape with our free-roaming horses and experiencing authentic ranch life. We kindly ask that all guests help us create a peaceful, respectful and safe environment for everyone.
During Your Stay
Please arrive during your nominated check-in time. If you expect to arrive late, we'd appreciate a quick message.
Please respect the privacy of other campers by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly during the early morning and evening.
Leave your campsite clean and tidy, taking all rubbish with you or placing it in the designated bins.
Campfires are permitted only in designated fire pits and only when local fire restrictions allow. Never leave a fire unattended.
Our Horses & Animals
Our horses are treasured members of our ranch family.
Please help us care for them by following these simple guidelines:
DO NOT feed the horses or any other animals. Our horses are on carefully managed diets and unsuitable food can make them seriously unwell.
For your safety, never feed horses while they are together as a herd. Even the quietest horses can become excited around food and may crowd people or compete with one another, creating a potentially dangerous situation.
If you would like to meet or interact with the horses, please speak with us first. We are always happy to introduce you when it is safe and appropriate.
Allow our horses to approach you in their own time and always respect their personal space.
Please do not run, scream, chase, throw objects at or deliberately startle any horses or other animals.
Leave gates exactly as you found them and do not enter paddocks or restricted areas unless invited by a member of The Ranch team.
Please respect our fences, gardens, equipment, wildlife and fellow guests.
Children
Children are very welcome at The Ranch and remain the responsibility of their parent or legal guardian at all times.

Twenty minutes from the highway- the 60-acre farm is a quiet oasis in a rural community. Fairlight was purpose-built for guests who have described it as comfy, relaxing, well-stocked, private, and different. The timber interiors and antique pieces add a touch of charm. Fairlight is in the country, 20 minutes from town so the Continental breakfast is extensive since there is no coffee shop to stroll to.
You choose your breakfast brands so no food is wasted.
Dietary needs like non-dairy or gluten-free can be catered for.
Most guests use the kitchen for their evening meal or drive into town.
In winter, there are room heaters and electric blankets. In summer, there are pedestal fans but no air conditioning.

Get acquainted with our extraordinary cast of farm characters, each with a unique story to tell. Pearl, the resilient cow with nine lives; Hazel, the speckle park calf that was a wedding present; Misty, Valentine, and Cagney, our matronly cows; Bruce, the bull, and Toby, the little hand-raised bull. Don't forget our woolly friends – Aggie Jnr, named after Mrs. Brown's Agnes, and Lambie, the sociable guest greeter who once called our shower home. Oh, and keep an eye out for our newest farm additions; the cutest pair of pygmy goats you ever seen!

Welcome to Driftwood Beach House, a classic Australian surf shack, tucked away in the heart of Yuraygir National Park.
Our off-grid home is the perfect place to slow down, unwind, and reconnect with nature.
Located in Diggers Camp, a short 2-minute stroll to pristine beaches, snorkelling the natural rock platform, fishing from one of our many rocky points or making the most of the empty surf break out front.
Due to the remote nature of Diggers Camp, our entire community runs off-grid, relying purely on solar power, rainwater, and septic systems.
Driftwood beach house does not have any air-conditioning, internet, or TV - and that’s part of the charm. Here you can fully switch off and slow down.
Accommodating a maximum of 6 guests, our house setup is perfect for a family or small groups travelling together.
Our kitchen is small, but mighty, fitted with a gas stove, gas fridge, traditional billy, and all of the kitchen bits you might need to comfortably self-cater your stay.
We have space for dining inside as well as out on the veranda overlooking the native trees.
After a day at the beach or exploring, our cosy lounge is well stocked with books and games for all ages, providing the perfect space for a laid-back evening.

DIRECTIONS FROM GRAFTON
To travel from Grafton, NSW to 593 Laytons Range Road, Nymboida, NSW via Coutts Crossing, follow these step-by-step directions:
1. Start in Grafton, NSW.
2. Head south on the Pacific Highway (A1) towards South Grafton.
- Cross the Clarence River, then follow signs for Glen Innes.
3. Exit onto Gwydir Highway (B76) heading west.
4.Turn left onto Armidale Road (towards Coutts Crossing and Nymboida).
- This turn is about 10 km from South Grafton.
5. Continue on Armidale Road for approximately 17 km to reach Coutts Crossing.
6. Drive through Coutts Crossing, staying on Armidale Road towards Nymboida.
Coming from Armadale:
7. Follow Armidale Road for approximately 20 km beyond Coutts Crossing.
8. Turn right onto Laytons Range Road.
9. Continue on Laytons Range Road for about 5.9 km.
10. Arrive at 593 Laytons Range Road, Nymboida, NSW.
Turn Left at the Bronze YAPUNYAH sign. If you get to the BLACK MOUNTAIN ROAD sign you need to turn around. We are about 800m from the sign

We loved our stay, the property is stunning and the accommodation itself was gorgeous.
Highlights were kayaking in the river, sunset bath, seeing wallabies and the horses and of course the it’s dog friendly.

We had a wonderful stay, the host was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. There were animals everywhere, which was a real highlight for the kids. They had the freedom to interact with them as much or as little as they wanted, making it a relaxed and enjoyable experience for us all.
The property was also very accommodating for our two dogs, which made travelling so much easier. The accommodation itself was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for an stress-free stay.
If you’re looking for a peaceful farm stay that’s family-friendly, pet-friendly, and hosted by someone lovely, I would highly recommend.

Such a lovely spot, the highlight was the horses coming to visit and walking down to the river, with such vibrant sunsets. The facilities are a treat and the pod is very warm and cosy. Elizabeth is a great host, highly recommend.

We only had a quick sleep over at mororo hobby farm but it was very comfortable and clean and had a nice shower. We loved seeing the calves, peacocks and chickens in the morning. Would definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely loved this little Hideaway that Elizabeth has created, when we arrived Elizabeth gave us a quick guided tour and how to contact her if we had any problems (which we did not) we work hemp right next to the river with an amazing view across the other side and to the hills the accommodation was clean and the shower was awesome, the horses came for a visit and so did the Roo's which added that extra touch of country, if you want privacy and relaxation this is the place for you we are definitely going back, such a beautiful little spot and so peaceful, thanks for opening this up to us Elizabeth

Would 100% recommend!!! Tents are spacious, clean, warm and protected from the rain. The bed was super comfortable. They have toilets and showers with cold and warm water. Bedding, towels and firewood was provided on the property along with tea and coffee for the morning. Really easy to access and the property manager is a lovely person. Honestly can't go wrong!!
