I stayed with my partner and 2 dogs. The log cabin was wonderful, has all the amenities you need surrounded by nature. Loved waking up and sitting outside on the deck with a coffee with the view of the trees. It was so peaceful! Ash and Ellie were the perfect hosts and made sure we were comfortable!

Once a much larger property, we purchased our 120-acre (50-hectare) in 1984 as a means to live sustainably and raise a family. Living in our shed whilst we prepared the garden, installed watering infrastructure, and built our house, which we finally moved into when our daughter was 6 months old in 1990. Over the ensuing years, we have continued to increase biodiversity on the property and set it up so we can live sustainably, harvesting our own water, electricity, and food. If you're lucky, you could get a hamper of our product when there is sufficient in season. With the increased biodiversity, you will find that in the mornings and evenings, kangaroos and wallabies will visit with the occasional echidna, rabbi,t and hare; and to forget the large array of bird life - that may wake you early in the morning with the songs. This campsite is set on lovely grassy open areas interspersed with gum trees. The sunrise looks spectacular near the dam, when the trees give off a lovely glow. The main paddock has a Geodome, a shared space for relaxing in. With all that space, you can park and set up camp anywhere in the paddock. There is access to drinking water, toilets, and a hot shower. Around the dome is a fire pit, drinking water, and a camp kitchen. The fire pit features an Argentinian BBQ and a plate for cooking. The kitchen has plates, cups, cutlery, and other bits and pieces for you to use. We also allow your pets to stay on-site; this includes horses. We have 245 acres with an area of bushland and other lovely areas with scattered trees, plus some open areas. Currently we have a choice of camping areas for caravans and tents, some nestled in amongst the tree line. Other areas alongside the dam. We keep all the camping areas slashed for safety and to allow easier access to find a suitable camping spot. We also have a hut available in the bush area. This hut is secluded and has its own outdoor private toilet. There is no shower, electricity or fresh water available, however we do have a flush toilet at the camping and caravan site. Campers would need to be self-sufficient otherwise. Please note we don't allow motorbikes, Quads or firearms on the property and there are no exceptions, sorry. We run sheep on our property and have wildlife such as kangaroos, wombats and echidnas. We also have farm animals such as cows, horses, rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, geese, and dogs. We have 8 dams, 3 of which have fish as well as yabbies throughout the year. Fire pits located in designated areas and only to used during non fire ban periods and to be supervised at all times. We're happy for you to bring your dog however you would be required to keep it under your control or on a leash and away from the sheep. No motor bikes, quads, firearms permitted and no exceptions. No diving off jetty Supervise children at all times. Water, dams, firepits, bushwalking and all areas can be dangerous. Caution, dams may be dangerous, and water is deep. Do not enter paddocks with cows and horses. Beware of snakes.
