This property is in Northangera with the Mongarlowe River running along the boundary. It's covered in trees and provides a pristine environment amongst the "Scribbly Gums". It has flat areas with plenty of free timber for the designated fire pits. I have tried to create a haven for wildlife including Kangaroos, wombats, echidnas and platypus. I cherish the cleanliness of the river and surrounds and wish to be able to share this special environment with others who care to preserve all it offers. Located not far from Braidwood, a town steeped in history, with good shopping, coffee shops and great food. Sloping to flat land amongst the Scribbly Gum trees offering a number of sites and walks through the property. It provides both sun and shade. Access is good for vans of any size along a track through the bushland. Lovely swimming spots in the Mongalowe River, beautiful clear water, and several lovely bushwalks around the property. We offer four sites and the maximum stay is 7 nights.

Site 5 - Eastern Ridge
We had a great Easter long weekend at Scribbly Gum. It was very peaceful and relaxing, with the sites not too close to one another. We had fun kayaking on the river and playing amongst the trees. I would recommend this property. Only downside was that we were expecting to be camped on the river based on the site picture. We drove the 400m on the property so we could access the river with the kayaks.

What a place! We had an absolutely amazing time being surrounded by nature with a roaring fire and the sounds of wildlife all around us. Would love to return.

Site 1 - Eastern Ridge
Bush camping
Lovely quiet place in the bush. Generous sized designated plots. Few minutes walk down to pristine river which was lovely to kayak down! Easy to find with clear directions. Very friendly host :)

River Shack
The shack was great - rustic charm with everything you need - a delight to chill out and watch the changing moods of the river / reflections . Swimming hole - water brisk but refreshing We used the shack as a meeting place - 3 families used sites 2,3and4 and meet up during day at the shack

The Pumpkin Patch
A great off grid stay
The Pumpkin Patch provides everything needed for a comfortable stay, while still giving the feeling of being off grid. We loved using the little wood stove outside, and the property and surrounding bushland are beautiful. We were warmly welcomed by Phil and his family. We will be back.
