Just a half hour out of Canberra, Farmily Land is an animal rescue, off-grid farm where you can have a day trip, go for a picnic, camp out, go fishing, feed and pat the farm animals, go boating or just relax and unwind with your friends and relatives in a leisurely way. There are a number of sites for caravans, vans, camping trailers, campers, tents, swags and a very unique ‘Glamping' option will be coming soon. We keep the sites spacious and well distanced so you can really feel the farms special vibe. We have dozens of friendly farm animals you can feed and pat! They are very interactive and most were rescued and hand raised by us so have very unique personalities. There is a nature playground for the kids. Very limited reception. We are pet friendly for well behaved dogs! We have a strict on-leash policy at all times and if your dog is off leash you might be asked to leave. Respect all our animals at all times. We have zero tolerance for disrespect for our farm animals. This includes off leash dogs and allowing your dog to go too close to the farm animals especially the Alpacas. Please leave no trace. Take all waste away with you, during your stay and when you leave. Be considerate of other visitors. Feel free to use the fire pits provided by the farm. You can purchase excellent firewood from the staff or bring your own. The scattered branches on the farm can be picked up and used at will. However, we have zero tolerance for the act of damaging living trees.

Kayaking and carp fishing. The 5-metre bell tent has a comfortable Queen bed, and has room for extra blow-up mattresses. A sofa inside and a fire pit, table and long chair outside makes your stay super comfortable. Just a short walk from the bell tent is a clean toilet and bathroom. We welcome pets to stay with you and will prepare pet-related items in advance. Please also abide by the pet policy. We provide a 4-liter bucket of drinking water for per bell tent every day. If you need more drinking water, you can contact us to purchase each bucket for $6, or you can bring your own. The bell tent is equipped with basic tableware, kitchenware, bathing products, and provides each person with a fresh free-range egg every day. These eggs can be delivered to the bell tent after you come or picked up by yourself during the farm tour. All linen provided, bring wine, food and your favourite mate. Firewood at extra cost.

There's cubby house with slide and swing in this area. Close to toilet and shower. Ground is not perfectly level but pretty good. And huge pine trees provide good shade.

We had an incredible stay at this farm campsite! The hosts were super kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The kids loved seeing and interacting with so many animals – there were chickens, ducks, alpacas, Angora rabbits, horses, goats, and quails! They also had a blast collecting eggs, playing on the trampoline, and swinging on the simple swings. The little lake was beautiful, and we even spotted pelicans there. Such a peaceful, fun, and memorable spot for families or anyone who loves nature. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the picturesque surroundings very much. The ground was level and the campfire was wonderful. The sunny paddock was excellent for charging the batteries, but there was shade from some trees too. We were enthusiastically welcomed and shown where to camp. The alpacas and geese were friendly and wandered around the camp. We were even given a dozen fresh eggs! Highly recommend. We will be back!

We had a great stay. Yifu and his wife are super friendly, and they went the extra mile tracking me down and returning my sunglasses i had left behind - not many people would put that effort in to return something left at a campsite! We chose to skip the farm tour as we had settled in by the fire then, but Yifu gave us fresh farm eggs for breaky. Facilities are fine with toilets and somewhere to wash plates, big communal firepit. My daughter loved seeing the 2 week old goat scampering about. Next time, I would book lakeside for a little more seclusion.

It was my first time camping with my family in my life. However, it was perfect thanks to Yifu's kind help. He provided things we need very kindly. Especially, we enjoyed small animals there with his guidance. Thank you all, Yifu. And we will surely be there soon again.

The owner’s family was incredibly welcoming, and our 4-year-old loved feeding the goose, hens, rabbits, horse, and sheep. Fresh eggs were a lovely bonus. There’s a small playground that’s perfect for young children. Overall, peaceful and very family-friendly.

This was a great spot to tent camp, with an accessible, clean and beautiful site. It had toilets that were child friendly, along with a farm tour for the kids (my 5-year-old daughter loved it), and the beautiful dam had Pelicans! Will be coming again.

Fabulous farm stay so close to canberra. Yifu was lovely, showed us around, took us on an animal tour. The site was lovely and easy to get into and out of. We walked our dogs past the geese and alpacas around his dam. Happily would stay again, such a lovely close by spot.

We had a great stay at Farmily. Yifu and his wife were so accommodating. They made sure to give us fresh eggs and little tour of their animals. The kids play equipment and cubby were a big hit with our 3 kids ages 2-7.

Really enjoyed our time... the venue was clean tidy and exactly what we wanted... Yifu was incredibly friendly and helpful... delivered wood when required and also supplied eggs ... the kids really enjoyed their farm visit... thank you for welcoming us to your hip camp stay

First time camping and I loved it that’s good I picked YIFU camp ground. Only stayed there for 2 nights best experience and it’s very safe it’s good for big or small families. Hands down I will be going back again this time with some friends or someone

Our family had a lovely mini getaway at Yifu’s hobby farm. My daughter had fun paddling the kayaks on the dam and fishing for carp or the elusive perch. Highlight for kids was meeting the farm animals. Playground area for the kids was a nice addition as kept kids entertained. Our camping spot by the dam was really lovely and relaxing. Was nice to watch the alpacas wandering by. Flushing toilets and hot water shower was an added bonus. Yifu and his family are welcoming and helpful.

We were very impressed with the hospitality Yifu and his family provided. We were able to find a lovely flat spot near the pond to set up our tent. It wasnt long and all the children were invited to feed the animals. Later, Yifu provided a fire pit for us to use. Thank you! We look forward to another visit!

Had a great 2 night stay in Paddock A. Was peaceful and quiet with plenty of things to do to keep young ones occupied - lots of animals and the playground. Yifu was an excellent host, very accommodating with timings and farm fresh eggs.

Owners are very friendly, made our group very welcome were able to see the kids off to feed animals and collect fresh eggs. Kids can play on the family equipment keeping them occupied.
