CAMP 3 is a private in the bush area and will cater for five or so rooftops tents, difficult for caravans or large vehicles.
CAMP 4 smaller possibly two tents or rooftops secluded in the bush.
CAMP 5 similar to camp 3 in the bush and completely private great for a get together with friends.
CAMP 6 is the very top of the mountain with a long wide strip of cleared area with bush on both sides and a window at the end to the valley below, very private, must be fully contained and would suit most vehicles, may lose traction if pulling a heavy caravan or trailer.

At night, be lulled by the music of the froggy symphonies, watch the moon rise over the forrest, and being mesmerised by the warmth and dancing light of a fire. A 1km drive from the main road leads to the open living space. There are two cabins, just within sight of each other, a campsite with an outdoor kitchen shed and a large oval lawn.

The property has short (circular) walks through the bush, and access to Sugarloaf Conservation area (with further walks and access to the Great North Walk). But its the ideal place to just chill.

The Back Road Van is a 22 foot Viscount Supreme caravan, circa 1970's, in fairly original condition. Sitting on a 7 acre property in the beautiful Markwell Valley, and only a 7 minute drive from the village of Bulahdelah. (Note : 5kms of sealed road and 2kms of unsealed gravel road from town - suitable for all vehicles.)
The van is decorated to reflect the retro 70s style. Inside it features a ‘cosy’ double bed, with linen provided; a lounge area; plus a small galley kitchen, that includes a toaster, kettle, bar fridge, microwave and a 2 burner electric stove top. There are also added extras such as a selection of teas, coffee with plunger, milk and local free range eggs. The van is covered by a large shelter - including an open seating area with lounge; table and chairs, a breakfast bar; and small gas BBQ.
There is a fire pit which can be used in Winter and Autumn and when fire restrictions allow. We supply all wood for the fire.

The barn can accommodate sleeping for 10+ and features two double beds, two single beds, one couch, two air mattresses and five floor mattresses. There is also a fully equipped gym.
You will need to bring your own sheets, pillows, sleeping bag etc for added comfort. Sleeping close to the fire upstairs is recommended in the cooler months. Camping is optional with nice flat spots near the dam under sheoaks.
Our campsites are equally as beautiful. Chill out in the shade by the dam during the day. Firewood is provided and you're welcome to use the camp ovens and the rotating grill, but if you get stuck cooking on the open fire there is a microwave, electric hot plate and kettle. These are situated downstairs in the barn a short walk from site. A great swim in the 50m dam.
There is access to toilets, showers, drinking water and rubbish facilities.

The property has short (circular) walks through the bush, and access to Sugarloaf Conservation area (with further walks and access to the Great North Walk). But its the ideal place to just chill.

The Back Road Van is a 22 foot Viscount Supreme caravan, circa 1970's, in fairly original condition. Sitting on a 7 acre property in the beautiful Markwell Valley, and only a 7 minute drive from the village of Bulahdelah. (Note : 5kms of sealed road and 2kms of unsealed gravel road from town - suitable for all vehicles.)
The van is decorated to reflect the retro 70s style. Inside it features a ‘cosy’ double bed, with linen provided; a lounge area; plus a small galley kitchen, that includes a toaster, kettle, bar fridge, microwave and a 2 burner electric stove top. There are also added extras such as a selection of teas, coffee with plunger, milk and local free range eggs. There is phone reception in certain spots and limited wifi. There is no TV.
The barn can accommodate sleeping for 10+ and features two double beds, two single beds, one couch, two air mattresses and five floor mattresses. There is also a fully equipped gym.
You will need to bring your own sheets, pillows, sleeping bag etc for added comfort. Sleeping close to the fire upstairs is recommended in the cooler months. Camping is optional with nice flat spots near the dam under sheoaks.
Our campsites are equally as beautiful. Chill out in the shade by the dam during the day. Firewood is provided and you're welcome to use the camp ovens and the rotating grill, but if you get stuck cooking on the open fire there is a microwave, electric hot plate and kettle. These are situated downstairs in the barn a short walk from site. A great swim in the 50m dam.
There is access to toilets, showers, drinking water and rubbish facilities.

We loved camping here with the use of the cabin - a top spot with perfect facilities. The outdoor shower was a huge hit! Great central location to explore the surrounding location from Tea Gardens, Bluies Beach and throughout the national park. Thanks for having us! We’ll be back.

The Property was amazing and my friends and I had an amazing time. The place had so many things already there so we could come relatively light with just couple things extra. We enjoyed time around the campfire and exploring the vicinity. Lucy had left one of the belle tents up for us which was great because we needed an extra space. The lights around the property lit up nicely at night and having hot showers and hot water to wash was so good to have. 100% recommend to go and we will be there again.

The bubble hotel was such a special experience! The bubble comes with everything you need, air conditioning and a heater to ensure that you stay at the perfect temp all night, the host is lovely with great communication and super hospitable

Fantastic place with friendly and helpful owners - everything's been thought of. The 2 cabins are well equiped, clean and very comfortable. There's several different places set up in the shade with seating, fireplaces and sinks/taps. Lots of good camping sites.

We had such a relaxing time! A hidden oasis amongst the trees & wildlife. We had everything we needed. So many little touches that wouldn’t even be expected, but were greatly appreciated- Pete & Margot clearly care about the experience of their guests which is so refreshing & we were very grateful.
We will look to stay again, and would recommend to couples or an individual who want to relax and use it as a base to explore some of the fantastic beaches nearby (Seals Rock was a great recommendation from Pete).
