Camping with family
Beautiful location, lovely hosts and plenty of space to choose from for a campsite. Was great having a pool or creek to choose from and the farm animals were a lot of fun for our kids. The firewood option was great, and burns well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a few days getaway.

Great location for a slow relaxing weekend away. Clean amenities, very friendly staff. Watched the cows and other cute farm animals being fed. The creak was a nice break from the heat.

Fabulous camping spot
Quite off the main road but absolutely fabulous spot to stay, Jade was amazing and so accommodating. Not only the expansive area to be able to set up camp, but the availability of the pool and social areas were great. The pinnacle for the kids though was the animals and the ability to be in amongst them, feed and hold them. Couldn't recommend highly enough for anyone with kids or who loved animals. Also had a lovely accessible creek across the road.

Beautiful property
Absolutely loved Jades property!! Plenty of space between other campers. The hot shower and clean toilet were a godsend too, and the farm animals!! a bonus ☺️ The only thing I’d warn other campers about is one of the roads to Jades property - expect Google to take you through winding roads on the sides of numerous mountains 😩 The nearest shop is also around 1 - 2hrs away so stock up if you’re staying couple days. Besides that, our stay was worth it 😊

Lovely Farm Stay
Fantastic little farm stay. We had a wonderful time playing with the animals, cooling off in the beautiful pool and splashing around in the lovely shallow creek with the kids. So nice to get away from it all and looking forward to going back sometime!

Great Farm Stay
Fun farm stay that is great for kids! Heaps for the kids to do including a little playroom which was nice to get out of the heat! The bar and pool table were fun too! Even though it was quite busy you still had plenty of room to yourself. Jade and her family were so welcoming and lovely.

New Years holiday to get some R&R
Came here for a camping / glamping trip, has pool, toilets, showers, commercial kitchen, licensed bar, games room, children's petting farm, swimming holes, and wide open green spaces as well as self contained cabins which we decided to upgrade to as the weather is quite hot here.
Hosts, Mark, Jacky, Dan and Jade are so friendly and welcoming, they will.do anything to help make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Can't wait to come back and stay and have a chin wag with Jade and her gorgeous Mum.

Lovely family & farm
We absolutely loved our stay at Altamira! The family that owns is extremely lovely, our blankets got wet because of the weather and they offered to dry them for us. The farm animals are extremely friendly, was hard to say goodbye to the pôneis and goats!!! We will definitely be coming back!

This is one of the best campgrounds i’ve stayed on. everyone was so friendly and the grounds were amazing !! the extra features they offer like the petting zoo, bar and swimming pool were sensational and such a lovely treat!! i will definitely be staying here again and i can’t wait!! 10/10 :)

Altamira Along Bakers Creek
We found a nice spot up the top (King of the Hill). Close to all the facilities, pool, animals, bar etc. We loved this place immensely. The animals were very friendly, the pool was very refreshing. We spent both nights at the bar. First night chatting with other guests and the owners. Had a stroll down in the river and the second night, my partner Scoota took his guitar to the bar and played and sang a few songs. Mark, Jackie, Jade and Nick were so welcoming.
Definitely will be back here, hopefully bring our friends.

Family friendly with great amenities for an off grid camping experience that still allows for hot showers and flush toilets. Kids enjoyed the pool, we had a splash in the creek, and host were helpful and accomodating. We’ll be back!

Camping in the open hills ♥️
The views were amazing and the stars even better! Loved the vastness of it, and the kids LOVED the animals and the playroom is a perfect break from the sun. We loved the bar and a game of pool in the arvo.. plenty of options within the farm and we didn't feel the need to leave the place during our stay. Creek close by, plenty of wood for the fireplace, very relaxing stay and very accommodating hosts, tha ks guys!

One of the best camps.
Perfect places for a family. My wife and I with our 3 kids stayed 4 nights, it was one of our best camping trips yet!! So much to keep the kids entertained while we could sit back and take in what the property had to offer.
The hosts where more then welcoming into their property, evan took the time out to sit at the bar and have a chat with us.
Will definitely be back.

We camped in the creek paddock, it was so lovely and peaceful!
The hosts are lovely and directions are clear and easy to follow! The property is neat and tidy with lots of animals to see and other things to do!

Great place to stay with or without kids. My partner and I stayed on our own this time round and explored the farm, meeting all the cute animals! Jade was very hospitable and made us feel immediately welcome with a tour of the property. We will 100% be back with our kids!

Great spot. Entered from the tarred road out of Gloucester, amazing drive in. Great pool and chilled bar. You can camp by and swim in the creek too. Constantly ongoing upgrades and improvements. Highly recommend checking it out. Your kids will love the farm animals, even without kids it is a great place to stay.

Altamira Along Bakers Creek
We camped overnight at Altamira Along Bakers Creek. The area was quiet and has mobile phone reception. We had a great experience, although it rained lightly in the night. We had a campfire. The amenities were clean. The animal petting farm was a plus. The cats were so cute and friendly. There's a bar too.
