Pioneer Bridges is a great local swimming spot for a refreshing dip in the warmer months, located 1.5 kilometres from the Everton township. It’s also dog friendly.
A plumbed toilet, sink - cold water only, also cold shower and power are available in the nearby shed (50- 70 meters) depending on where you set up. A leave no trace request also applies.
Both Telstra and Optus mobile coverage at the property.
In the warmer months a gazebo for additional shade is a good idea.

Our 25 acre Hipcamp area is located safely within our 300 acre property which enjoys approximately 5 kilometres of pristine and private Murray River frontage in the beautiful rural city of Albury. Willowbank is a fourth generation cattle farm and when you arrive at Willowbank you will feel like you are a million miles away from anywhere but you are only 2.8km from the centre of Albury and 2.9km to Wodonga from our sites .
We are less than 5 minutes away from the beautiful South Albury cafe and boutique shopping precinct; Ebden and Olive, Nannina's, Meraki, Platform 9, South Albury Take Away, Di Billet, Almar Organics, Sukor Wellness and Recovery, The Red Devil Brewery, Tucker on Townsend, Chic to Chic and more. We are also only 3.5km from Harris Farm Markets. Albury's public Dump Point at Albury Railway Station is less than 5 minutes away.
Each of our camping sites is well away from each of the others and there is plenty of room at each site for children to play. The three best sites for swimming are The Crossing, The River Bend and The Willows . We encourage the use of life jackets for children in the water at all time.
We have no toilet or shower facilities at any of our sites so you are required to bring your own toilet with you. All waste must be removed at the end of your visit. With notice, we can arrange portaloo hire should you need, please enquire with us prior to booking.
We have no access to drinking water and if you decide to use river water for drinking we do recommend that you boil the water.
Swimming, floating, paddling in the Murray River is a sublime pastime. Please be aware though, that the Murray River has a very fast and strong current. Looking to hire a canoe, we recommend you contact Dave/ Murray River Canoe Hire (0417 691 339) for a canoe to paddle around your campsite or to do a beautiful canoe trip on the Murray River from Doctor's Point to Noreuil Park. It will take a few hours and yes you will go past your camp site!

Farm Views is a 370 acre working farm in beautiful North East Victoria, approximately 2.5hrs from Melbourne and just 1.5hrs from Mount Hotham.
This private site is the highest point of the undulating farm land and offers scenic views including Mount Buffalo and memorable starry night skies. The natural, largely 'untouched' surrounds are home to Australian wildlife including kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas, wombats and also feeds grazing sheep.
The site contains trees for shade and space to spread out. Find a suitable spot to pitch your tent or set up your camper. Sit back and relax by the fire pit under a magnificent sky, watch the wildlife or go for a walk in the adjacent forest. No motorbike riding is allowed on the property but there is the opportunity for riding the fire tracks in the adjacent forest.
You can also use the property as a base for your adventure in the local region. We are located less than 15 minutes away from Moyhu where there is a fantastic cafe, pub, and shops, and Milawa, where you can enjoy the award-winning Brown Brothers winery and Milawa Cheese Company. It is also less than 30 minutes to Wangaratta, Beechworth, and Myrtleford not to mention a few minutes from the Snow road.
This site is for self-sufficient campers only. All guests must have their own toilet and all waste must be taken when departing to keep the natural beauty of the area.
We also ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum to preserve the peace of the surrounding wildlife. Well-behaved dogs must be kept under control at all times and must not interfere with the other animals. Maximum two dogs allowed. A flexible check-in/out time can be arranged upon request. The farm offers a campsite with brand new accessible amenities including hot shower (limited). Firepits are permitted and wood will be provided (depending on fire restrictions in place at the time of booking). We welcome pets on leashes, but they must be under control at all times by owners and cleaned up after. We ask that you organise and confirm any animals coming to the farm prior to booking by message.
The powered camp site can cater up to 50 people. $50.00 per person per night (except children under 10 years old). All persons under 18 years of age are to be supervised whilst on the farm.
Alternatively, for people not wanting to camp out or those with caravans or RV’S we have a site in close proximity to a 20 x 9 mtr shed, powered with concrete slab. The powered shed site is $50.00 per person per night.
Hunters Spread is approximately 3.5 hours from Melbourne. The farm is approximately 30 minutes drive to Beechworth, Bright and Lake Buffalo and about 50kms to Albury Wodonga.

Fabulous spot, close to Aubury but feels miles away. So much space and we were there by ourselves. 19ft van, easy access and great communication with Vicki. Nice to be met at the gate and escorted in. Had a couple of dips in the river to cool off. Current is quite strong but good for a cool down and a kayak. Dog friendly and cows for company.

The Crossing at Willowbank was our very first Hipcamp experience, and it has certainly set a high bar for all our future trips. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable few days right on the banks of the scenic Murray River—even with a bit of rain.
Our site was perfect, with lovely views of the river, mountains, and green farmland. It was so convenient being less than 10 minutes from central Albury and the railway station, with potable water and a dump point.
Vicki and Byron were such kind and friendly hosts, and we loved meeting the resident cows—they were so polite and cute, especially the shy calves. We’re already making plans to head back to Willowbank in the future.

We felt quite at home in such a lovely piece of Australia. You are only a 1.8km walk into all the cafe's in Myrtleford, yet sitting by the river you could be a thousand miles from everyone. Michael makes everyone feel welcome and loves to share his piece of paradise with other's.

Beautiful campsite with everything you could want. I particularly loved the hammocks and deck chairs down next to the water. It was so good to have a toilet and hot shower there as well.

Our third trip to High Country Paradise was just as fantastic as our first two. Loretta is a very friendly host and always responds very quickly to messages, and the property is magnificent. The sites are huge, so nobody is crammed in, and the creek that runs along the border is fantastic to cool off in the hot weather. Whether sitting out beside the firepit, under the stars staying warm in the colder nights, sitting on a chair in the creek to cool off in the heat, it very relaxing and battery recharging! Only a 15 minute drive to town, and heaps to do in the area, I would definitely recommend this Hipcamp to others!

We absolutely loved our time at The Willows. The site was level in multiple areas giving you a choice of where to setup. You are separated by other campers by quite a distance that you never even know they are there. We did notice sometimes there was a bit of road noise from the highway but it came and went and was never really annoying. Access to the river is so good with a sandbar and very clear access to the river. No snags or hidden logs really so it was nice to freely walk around the edge of the river and go for a swim. Vicki’s communication was amazing and super friendly. We had our fair share of wildlife - the cows are friendly and sometimes sit in the shade nearby, the goose across the other side of the river, a couple of young deer early in the morning, two turtles sun baking on a rock and even a swimming kangaroo who had a rest on the shore with us before continuing downstream. We absolutely loved our stay at The Willows and can’t wait to return.

This was just what our family have been looking for! Spacious sites and a private feel. Creek access was a huge benefit, the kids spent hours splashing there. Flushing toilets were a bit of a luxury too :)

We started off on the wrong foot when we pulled up, not understanding we would be sharing the space with a lot of other people but we quickly learnt there is room for everyone. The camp was spacious with luscious soft grass, the facilities were immaculate and although there were a lot of other campers enjoying the grounds (long weekend) we never felt crowded. Michael was super helpful, super informative and super friendly. We have already recommended to friends and family!

Large grassy site with good distance from other campers. Refreshing swim in the clean pebbled river. Daemon and Sara are great hosts and are passionate about what they’re building - a little slice of paradise on The King River.
