Had a wonderful trip with a large group of 14 people and two dogs. It's a really beautiful and scenic place to rest and relax and the dogs had so much fun running around the field of wild daisies. The cabin with a flushable toilet and shower really added a level of comfort to the trip, especially on a particularly windy day which meant we ended making use of the kitchen which is very well equipped.
In terms of the drive up, it's doable in a smaller car, don't require a 4WD. The roads are gravelled with a number of pot holes and uneven surfaces so best to drive slowly.
A big thank you to Tom for his excellent communication and clear instructions, and for helping us with a small issue at the end of the trip. Would definitely love to return here again.

My family really enjoyed staying at Tom's Farm, and would definitely be back again. We had the whole place to ourselves, and there was plenty to do - fishing, collecting firewood, reading, riding bikes, exploring, spotting wildlife. The cabin was an unexpected luxury. Three days flew by. Our dog had the time of his life, too!

Had a great experience! The place is peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The camping areas were clean and organized, and the host was very friendly and helpful. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and enjoyable weekend!

Had the whole place to ourselves, great spot right be a rushing river with bush walks and heaps of wildlife around. Handy to have a cabin onsite with a bathroom and some cooking facilities that we could have used if we needed, and Tom’s communication with us made the whole thing a piece of cake. Great spot, we’ll be back for sure!

Excellent place for Camping, especially for those who need a proper toilet/bath option. Amazing views, river, rocks. Only regret is we couldn't take a dip as it was so cold.
Cabin was such a blessing in the cold weather.

The camping here is gorgeous! Right next to the river and no one else in sight, perfect destination to be away from reality! The cabin was very good, had everything we needed like toilet and shower. Great that Tom could accomodate for my large family group and the 3 dogs!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Tom’s campsite! The location is stunning—tucked beside a flowing river and beneath a majestic cliff, it felt like something out of a postcard. We had the entire campsite to ourselves, which made it incredibly peaceful and the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature.
We saw kangaroos, wombats, countless birds, platypus and even spotted some feral pigs and deer on the way in. The natural beauty of the area is just incredible, with vibrant colours in the trees and to sleep with sound of flowing river next to us was amazing.
There was a fire area that made for the perfect evening under the stars(no light pollution so could see very clear sky so perfect for star gazing), and the flushable toilet and running water in the shed house were thoughtful touches that made the stay even more comfortable.
We spent our days exploring and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. If you're looking for a beautiful, off-the-grid experience surrounded by nature, this is the place. Can’t recommend it enough—thanks, Tom, we will be coming back again!

This is such a great campsite, set in a beautiful spot near the river. The amenities are fantastic, with a gas stovetop and oven available for cooking. The bathrooms and toilets are clean and easy to access. I’d definitely recommend arriving in a 4WD or something similar, as the road in can get quite steep in sections — but it’s a great drive. I’d absolutely recommend this place and am already looking forward to coming back again.

Camping at Trout Valley was simply breathtaking. What an amazing place. Choice of 3 campsites right on the Tuglow River with a firepit at each camp. Access to the little room at the end of the shed provides a (cold water) shower and toilet and a place to get out of any adverse weather with a little kitchen available in need.
We chose to camp at the middle campsite right beside a stunning granite and limestone cliff face which lit up beautifully in the setting sun.
This place is stunning!! It’s amazingly private with big swimming holes, trout fishing in the river and the dam and beautiful scenery.
Remember to bring your own firewood as there isn’t much about on the property and the road in may get a little slippery in the wet.

Easy access, all level had 22ft caravan in there with Plenty of space. Slight road noise from Hume hwy. you can find firewood in nearby bushes, chickens for kids to see. A little pricey but would stay again.

Very peaceful.
Yes you can hear the highway traffic all hours but it’s not significant enough to worry you.
Lovely hosts.
The only negative is the lack of signage.
I think the sites should be numbered or named and allocated.
The pathways through the bush to the river should also be sign posted, not easy to navigate, i can see visitors getting lost .
Would I come back? Definitely

What a great spot to take it easy, Dana was the best with a great welcome. What a wonderful place to camp. Walk to the River it does takes a little effort to get down there but worth it, and not far from Berrima to walk around the town and have lunch at the pub.
Lots of fire wood you just have to look for it.
Thanks again, we stayed 9 nights lots of star to see while sitting around a fire.
We will be back as not for from Sydney.
