Talk about swanky, Natchez Trace State Park is so nicely maintained and beautiful you’ll wonder if you’re at park or a resort! Named for the original series of animal migration trails, today the park is a smorgasbord of adventure and leisure; a place for families and groups of friends to make memories out on the water or in the forest. With 13.5 miles of hiking, there’s short jaunts and long ones, as well as 250 miles of horseback riding trails. Anglers will delight in having four lakes to choose from. We like Pin Oak Lake for boating, swimming, water skiing and pontoon parties with your friends, while smaller Maple Creek Lake offers a quiet respite. The park has really nicely maintained, campgrounds, cabins, horse camping and even a restaurant and in. Talk about glamping! A Tennessee favorite, this is the place to bring your whole crew for an epic trip; Natchez Trace does NOT disappoint!
