Situated along the Colorado River, River Island State Park offers a desert oasis with mountain views and plenty of fun! Cool off as you jet ski, boat or tube down the river or simply sun yourself on the beach (just don’t forget the SPF!). A scenic shoreline trail is perfect for catching sunsets, and just outside the park is a market so you can treat yo’self to some ice cream on your evening walks. Campsites have mountain views, some are riverside, and all are more than accomodating. The million dollar night sky views are totally free! Come let down your hair and adventure into the waters at River Island.
