Immediate access to OHV trails! Corner lot open to the desert with mountain views and just a few miles to Riviera Marina at Lake Havasu. Bring your toy hauler with your dirt toys with easy peasy desert access. Enjoy the Open Desert with mountain and desert views. Great weather in the Fall, Winter, and Spring in Lake Havasu. Summers are very warm, but the lake is close to Riviera Marina, just 5 miles away. Our RV areas provide fresh water and electricity. No sewer access available at present, but pump service is available for extended stays at an additional fee. Your privacy is important, so other than initial introductions, your privacy is respected. This site is excellent for multiple-family RVers.
