Alder Lake Park certainly isn’t lacking in the campground department, and Elk Plain is one of your many camping options. If you’re interested in seeing Alder Lake’s nifty dam, then you’ll want to camp here. It’s smaller than the main campground, but maybe that’s just what you’re looking for! The entire area is covered in tons of trees, and this campground is no exception. The campsites surround the playground, and we highly recommend you go for a swing (because, why not?!) Sites 309 to 321 are closest to the water, but really, you’ll never be far from the lake in this scenic park.
