This is an absolutely incredible spot to camp! Just outside of the national park, the sunsets are phenomenal and the views to the east are just as spectacular as inside the park. Lots of cattle, but they don’t seem to mind the company, and plenty of wildlife around the ranch as well. The joy of picking your campsite and how close you are to others is so nice. Only word of caution is to anyone with a small car or two wheel drive - there’s a good sized hill just before the camp that is difficult to get a grip on to get up, but totally worth the adventure!
Such a cool spot right near Zion National Park! Wide open space to spread out and beautiful scenery. It’s fun to watch the cows, too 🐄
There were port-a-potties, but you have to bring everything else.
One tip: bring a bug net.

Beautiful property with panoramic views and tons of room for plenty of sites. Only about 30-35mins from entrance to Zion Natl Park and other local towns. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again!
I loved camping on this land! It was such a great location and there were cows everywhere! I didn't have trouble getting up a sandy hill in my Toyota and was seriously worried for a second but I backed up and gunned it and made it 😂
It is unreachable when we tried to reach it and the owner does not react. A dangerous steep sandy slope (like an uphill sand beach) prevented us to camp out. We filed an official complaint to HipCamp and I am trying to get back our money because without a 4x4 or a powerful car it currently CANT BE REACHED!!!

Hi Thomas, sorry you weren’t able to make it. I did approve your refund when you requested. We refund all guests who don’t feel comfortable driving up the road. I promise we aren’t intending to be “arrogant” with our instructions. We just try to be honest about the road so guests can make an informed decision before booking. Thanks for the feedback- we will continue working with the county on the road conditions. Thanks! Megan Wright
This was a great experience! I will admit one of the last inclines to the site scared us a but because we had a 17.7ft camper van but we made it up no problem! We got there late at night and started up a campfire. Fantastic weather!

A great place to stay. Many cano sites
Park next to site. This was my second time at this camp ground.
Many other trails close to this campground. The drive to the reservoir is very scenic summertime it would be great to go there
