This is the perfect place to come get a fresh perspective and some fresh air in the mountains, on the ranch. Close to some of the most popular hikes and National Parks, it’s a great place to escape to. The night sky is gorgeous. The stars and the Milky Way are visible and spilling across the sky. We have an outdoor fire pit where you can sit and melt into the night after a day of hiking. Or, On cold nights, hanging out by the fireplace in your own space, with a cup of hot cocoa. The space This is a whole, all inclusive space to yourself in my daylight basement apartment. There is, games, books, a TV, kitchen and fireplace. Cleaned and disinfected after every guest. Guest access We are on five acres and you are more than welcome to meander everywhere. There are lots of trees, benches and a tire swing. You are also welcome to say hi to the chickens and the horses, the goose and her entourage of ducks just beware the “Bad Rooster” he is mean and prays on the weak. Everyone else will all treat you like a rockstar if you bring them food. The wire around the horse pen is hot. So step inside, with the horses to say hi to them. They love carrots and apples. Other things to note We do have a washer and dryer on the premises. But they are not in the guest space. If you need a load or two done, I am more than happy to oblige. We are on a septic system and anything besides toilet paper thrown down the toilet, Is bad, so please refrain from throwing in feminine hygiene products, cotton balls or paper towels down the toilet. Decorative pillows are just for decoration. I only wash them once a season, so use the other pillows for sleeping. It is helpful but in no way expected if you’d like to strip your beds at the end of your stay. I hope you have so much fun staying with us!

Weekend Trip to Gateway Luxury RV Resort

We loved staying at Gateway. We are in Casita 7 and it was beautiful and very clean. The modern, airy vibes are fantastic. The kids love the hot tub and the pool (even thought it was super windy). We didn't get to take advantage of the cornhole or pickleball, but we will the next time we stay. We'll definitely be back and we'll be bringing more family members with us.

1 night at R-bar-T Ranch

We had a wonderful visit to the ranch! Rhonda was incredibly kind, ensuring we were comfortable & had everything we needed. It’s such a great location - we chose it for its proximity to major hikes in Zion National Park. Rhonda even recommended a drive just 5 minutes from the property to view the sunset - and it drove right through the gorgeous Kolob Canyons! We also loved the fresh eggs, picking berries, and getting to feed the horses. Has a nice campfire spot for colder months, too. Definitely recommend Rhonda & her beautiful space (:

2 nights at Gateway Luxury RV Resort

We enjoyed our stay at Gateway Luxury RV Resort a lot! The resort was very clean and pleasant, the amnesties are well maintained and easily accessible. Our casita was also very nice, the only downside was the twin beds (especially if you are 6’4”), besides that everything else was great. We would definitely stay here again, would just book a room with king size bed next time :)

Weekend Trip to Gateway Luxury RV Resort

We chose this to stay at for our last night, before packing and heading back to Vegas for our flight. There had been no reviews on HipCamp so I went to the web for reviews and was pleased enough with what I saw to book it. We were able to park our camper close to the casita. It felt great to soak in the hot tub after several days of wilderness camping. The place was incredibly clean and that bed was VERY comfortable. The people were VERY nice and welcoming. It definitely wasn't a camping experience, though that option was available to us in. We were surprised, though, that we had to go to a nearby gas station and pay to dump our grey water tank. After camping off grid, the place is very resort-like and homogenized. Depending on your preferences that may be exactly what you're looking for. The kids we saw were really enjoying the beautiful pool, corn hole and pickle ball. The dog owners had access to a fenced dog area. This was a great place as a final stopover for us after coming from remote camping in Grand-Staircase Escalante National Monument and returning to Vegas.
