Weber Ranch is a 120 acre working sheep ranch located in rural Lincoln County Nevada. Each of our campsites comes fully equipped with top of the line shelters, fully equipped camp kitchen, tables, chairs, portable toilets with privacy structures, and all the basic essentials. Our property is surrounded by BLM land that is open for hiking. The adjacent Union Pacific Railroad offers campers the opportunity to view trains as they pass by throughout the day. We are home to a variety of seasonal birds and other wildlife native to the Southern Nevada Desert. You can spend the weekend relaxing around the camp or take a scenic drive to Caliente to explore nearby Kershaw-Ryan State Park.

Weekend Trip to Sleep with the Sheep
It was a great place to camp. The land owner Todd is very nice and the host Emily has thought of everything. It is a long dirt road ride but once you get to camp, your camp is all set up with a kitchen, a tent, the fire was just about lit. The sheep come and go as it is a sheep farm. Green grass and lots of trees. There is a train that goes by and let's you know how the economy is. Better economy more trains. I loved the trains. Definitely read the message in hip camp. It has directions and pictures to get out there. Just a couple of hours from Las Vegas, it was great to unplug and just be. Don't put the address in Google as it will take you a different route. It was great at the end to just pack my clothes and cooler and leave. All the set up and clean up is taken care of for you. Thank you Todd for the land and Emily for the camp, it was great to be there and enjoy the family.

If you want to visit Rainbow Canyon this is the park to stay at. It is a short drive from Caliente. The campground is flat and open at the base of a canyon. Not a lot of privacy but the best showers ever! .25 cents and worth every penny. There are flush toilets, water, fire grills, covers over the picnic tables, camp host and a little book exchange. We stayed 2 nights
