Canyons of Escalante RV Park is conveniently located on Main Street of Escalante, UT. Within walking distance to local eateries and shopping. Our Standard sites are pull through, accommodating RVs up to 28' in length. Full hookups with 30 amp service, Wi-Fi, shower and laundry facility nearby. Perfect for smaller motor homes, tent trailers, pods, vans, truck campers, etc. We are also pet friendly, have bathroom facilities and hot showers!
Our cabins are away from the RV sites in a secluded area surrounded by beautiful gardens and walkways. Fire rings are at each cabin as well as 2 shared pavilions equipped with charcoal grills and picnic tables.

Our original Tiny House model. This home sits at the top of the hill and looks out across the property, surrounding mountains, and beautiful canyons. This home is our largest at 570 square feet with 400 square feet on the main level, a 12 foot ceiling to an open loft adding an additional 170 square feet, and a feeling of openness.
The master bedroom features a queen sized bed, a flat screen smart TV, a small desktop work space that is convenient for working on a laptop or getting ready for the day, clothes hanging, additional storage space under the bed for luggage, and a thermostat for individual climate control.
The loft area is open to the kitchen and living room and has two XL (Extra Long) twin beds. This is a great space to play games, store extra gear, or just stretch out and relax. The ceiling height is just under 5 feet so you big kids don't plan on running around up there.
The kitchen and living room is an open floor plan with a large sliding door that opens to the deck and beautiful views. The living room has a queen sized sofa sleeper, two lounging chairs, a hand crafted coffee table with storage of extra bedding, and large smart TV. The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen essentials, beautiful stainless steel appliances, a convection microwave oven for cooking and baking, a stove-top, a large refrigerator, a keurig coffee machine, granite counter-tops, farmhouse sink, dishwasher, and a table/prep island with seating for four.
Bathroom: Large glass shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap.
Deck and exterior features include a propane bbq grill, four large Adirondack lounge chairs, private fire pit, astounding views, and breathtaking star gazing.

Please note: Our tiny cabins DO NOT INCLUDE A KITCHEN. Guests should plan accordingly. Cabins do have a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric skillet. The nearest restaurants are 20-45 minutes away.
Also note: We first book our entire ranch to guests, then to fill in vacant nights we allow guests to book individual units, such as this is. When the ranch is split into smaller bookings, guests can expect to share the outdoor spaces such as garden, hen house, animals, pastures, etc. with guests renting the other units. We stayed in one of the glamping wagons and really enjoyed it. Check-in after hours was very easy. The wagon was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay including AC/heater, coffee maker, also had a TV (which we dint use).
The campground itself was quiet, well-kept, hot showers, but the bathrooms are shared and could be cleaned more frequently.
It's close to all the Page attractions. A fun and unique experience!

Fantastic Stay – Spotless, Well-Equipped, and Exceptional Service
We had a wonderful stay at Canyons of Escalante RV Park. The entire property is spotless—easily the cleanest facilities we’ve seen on the road. The showers, restrooms, and laundry were immaculate, and the amenities are top-notch: fast Wi-Fi, private showers, a well-kept dog park, shady picnic areas, and beautiful landscaping.
What really made our visit exceptional was Ben. When we had a mechanical failure, he went out of his way to help us—far beyond what we expected. His kindness and support turned a stressful moment into a manageable one, and we’re incredibly grateful.
This park is a gem—quiet, clean, and close to incredible hiking and scenic drives. Highly recommend it, and we’ll definitely be back!

Weekend Trip to Page Covered Wagons
Such a fun glamping set up! We weren’t there long, but enjoyed every minute, and appreciate the instructions to check in and out after operating hours. The wagon itself was clean and comfortable, surprisingly spacious, with a strong air conditioner. Facilities are what you can expect from a mobile home park: simple but clean and not too busy. Lots of tourists with some folks who looked like more permanent residents. Would recommend this alternative lodging to those passing through town.

We loved the peacefulness of the Whispering Pines camp! The wagons were spacious and had PLENTY for the kids to do to keep them off technology! We especially enjoyed the heated beds and home-like amenities. Will definitely be back!

With a few places for simple improvement, overall this was a fun place to stay. I’ll start with the items that could use some improvement and then finish with the good stuff. The bunks are located right is the air flow of the ac, meaning the people in bunks were very cold while it was running. No top sheets were provided on the bunks, only a fitted sheet on the bed and a light waffle wave blanket on each. One bunk didn’t even had a pillowcase on the pillow which was icky to think about. We arrived after hours or I would have asked for more bedding. Some more sheets and extra blankets could solve the issues simply. The park was clean, quiet and one of the nicest I’ve staying in. It was a fabulous location and close to dining, horseshoe bend and antelope canyon. Would recommend.

2 nights at Canyons of Escalante RV Park
The cabin is the perfect size for having a home base at the end of a day of adventuring. The king size bed was comfy, but the pillows were thin and we only got one each which was a little uncomfortable. The grounds are well maintained and well lit at night with motion lights so it feels safe and secure. We had a nice, relaxing time!

Weekend Trip to Color Country Cabins and R V
We stayed at Cabin 9 and had a wonderful experience. The cabin was clean and well-stocked with fresh towels, sheets, and dishes. We were initially concerned about not having a full stove, as we usually cook our own meals, but we were pleasantly surprised to find a small electric stove, along with a fridge and microwave — more than enough for our needs.
The cabin itself is cozy and peaceful. Despite strong winds and chilly nights, it stayed comfortable thanks to the provided heater and portable fan. The location is fantastic — just minutes from Bryce Canyon and Panguitch Lake.
It is located behind a cemetery, which didn’t bother us at all. In fact, it added to the quiet charm. You’re also just minutes away from a pizza place, a BBQ joint, and a coffee shop.
Brant, our host, was responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better.
Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we would definitely come back

An absolutely stunning place full of gorgeous scenery and beautiful recreation opportunities. It’s pretty rugged and a lot of areas need an AWD or 4WD vehicle to access. Very much worth the effort, though.

We took Collett canyon road to Alstom point overlooking lake powell. It was awesome but make sure you have a very capable 4x4.

A Hidden Treasure of the American Southwest
Visiting Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument was one of the most awe-inspiring experiences of my travels throughout the Southwest. The landscape is absolutely stunning-towering cliffs, colorful slot canyons, natural arches, and wide open desert skies that make you feel like you're walking through a living painting. Unlike some of the more crowded national parks Escalante feels wild and untouched. We hiked through narrow canyons like Peek-a-Boo and Spooky Gulch, discovered hidden waterfalls and marveled at the endless layers o frock that tell Earth's story over millions of years. There's a quiet magic here, a sense of space and solitude that's hard to find elsewhere. If you're looking for adventure, natural beauty, and a deeper connection to the land, Escalante delivers in every way. Highly recommended for hikers, photographers, and anyone who craves the raw beauty of the American wilderness. Just be sure to bring plenty of water, a good map, and a sense of wonder.

This spot has drinking water right near the trail. It's located right next to the river, so it has shade. It is not very private - the world comes here to hike Lower Calf Creek Falls and there is a lot of traffic, vehicular and human. That said, it has amenities such as flushable toilets and a good location close to Escalante and roads to sights.

Great place for exploring scenic byway 12, preferred this wee camp to the more popular Calf Creek campsite on the other side of Boulder. Easier to get a site here even though there are less spots than Calf Creek, peaceful, laid back and friendly, cute little campsites and toilets, from memory water too as it is right near the creek. No falls here like at Calf Creek but you can get up early and buy a coffee in Boulder to brace you for an early morning walk to the Calf Creek falls which is a short drive away. You are also close to the BurrTrail switchback and the Hells backbone road, great if you like a bit of an off road thrill. And you can splurge at the lovely Hells Backbone Grill in Boulder especially their amazing cocktails.

Camped here on our annual spring road trip to Southern Utah. Cute campground on the creek with a river crossing. Access to the short hike to the falls right in the campground. What is great about Escalante National Monument is that is dog friendly! This spot was a great campground right in the middle of the park. Access to many other hiking spots and the river nearby. Wildflowers were amazing in late April!
