Parks and river access within walking distance, 30 minutes from Lake Charles, 2 hours from Houston, and less than one hour from beaches along the Gulf of Mexico. Some of our favorite local attractions include: Shangri-La Botanical Gardens, SPAR Waterpark, Delta Downs Racetrack, and Insane Sausages Cajun Food. Johnson On-Site Features: RV Camping – We offer three RV sites: ne site with water and electricity – A convenient spot for those looking for a little more comfort. Two boondocking sites – Perfect for those who prefer to camp off-grid. No water, electricity, or sewer hookups are available at these sites. Tent Camping – We have two tent sites available: Tent Site 1 – Our largest tent site, located on a gravel base at a pipeline crossing. Due to its location, open burning is not allowed at this site. Tent Site 2 – A dirt base site with a fire ring for cozy campfires. Firewood may be available upon request. Flower Meadow and Cut Flower Area – Stroll through our beautiful three-acre flower meadow and enjoy seasonal blooms from our cut flower area. Forest Meditation – Unwind with a peaceful walk through our small timber tract, perfect for quiet reflection. Pond – We have one pond on the property, adding to the peaceful atmosphere and attracting local wildlife. It's a lovely spot to relax and take in the natural beauty. Future Glamping Options – We're working to add glamping accommodations soon! Amenities & Considerations: We currently do not have restrooms on-site, but a bucket and bag system is available if needed. The camping and parking areas are separate, and since this is a working farm, you may encounter some dust or mud between them. We're happy to assist you however we can to make your stay comfortable! Grass parking for RVs is available but may become muddy after heavy rain. Plans are in place to improve this with rock in the future. A Growing Experience: Greentown Flower Patch is a work in progress, and we're excited to grow with our guests. Come experience the charm of rural Louisiana.
