There are several miles of trails on the property that are perfect for hiking, biking, four wheeling and horseback riding! The trails also connect to several hundred miles of trail systems in the surrounding area.
The cabin can be heated by the wood stove during the winter months, so it is a great place to stay for snowmobiling!
Inside the cabin there are a wood stove, 2 sets of bunkbeds, a table and chairs, and a counter top with cupboards. Outside, there is an outhouse and a campfire area with a picnic table.

Escape from it all - Cell Service can be patchy, but the WIFI is excellent, so you can stay as connected as you choose!
We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs. We are not able to accommodate cats.
Stairs to the sleeping loft are fairly steep; we have traction strips and a handrail rail but this still may be challenging for some guests.
A security camera monitors the front yard and entrance for the safety and security of our guests.
Shorter or longer stay options are sometimes available upon request; cleansing fees will be adjusted accordingly. Contact us for more information!

This is a fantastic place to stay. The host is wonderful and the location is incredible. We enjoyed the trails and keeping warm by the log cabin. Our dogs also had a blast. We would definitely come back.

This was everything I had hoped for. Private. Spacious. Beautiful. Amanda was attentive to our needs, even bringing us a first aid-kit an hour after arriving 🤣🤣 I selfishly dont want to leave a good review because i dont want it to be busy next time I want to go 🤣 10/10 recommend.

Cabin O’ Pines was amazing. The cabin and camp ground was very clean. The owners were around if we needed anything. 40 ish minutes to Voyageurs NP.

Weekend Trip to The Trout Lake Campground
Had a great time on the campsite, cute little camper & easy kayak access to the water. The shower house & bathroom area were also not that far of a walk and we’re well kept. I would camp here again!

This little cabin was easy to find and felt incredibly peaceful. The flowers out there were beautiful! Make sure you bring your bug spray if you want to enjoy the picnic table but would recommend this place to anybody passing through.

It was a peaceful and beautiful cabin out in the middle of nowhere. The beds were comfortable enough. It was nice they did have fitted sheets on top of the beds. The wood for the campfire was awesome to have. They brought us extra water and tp when we needed it. A little tricky to find but she responded immediately when we messaged. The road to the cabin could use a little maintenance like some pebbles to fill in the pot holes- we didn’t get stuck but we’re concerned a few times. We enjoyed our stay.

Amanda has an amazing and private piece of property. It was plenty quiet and road noice was basically nonexistent. We originally planned to test out a new 6 person tent (location has plenty of large, flat areas prime for tent pads), but a long thunderstorm really made us appreciate the onsite primitive cabin. There were only 2 of us (plus a dog), but the cabin was roomy enough for more. The bunk beds definitely were a comfortable change from tent sleeping pads. The outhouse was nice, clean, and maintained and the large mowed area allowed for all kinds of running around with a dog-type activities. Will definitely visit again- highly recommend!

The property and cabin were lovely. There's no traffic sounds, plenty of wildlife, and a big open field out front. The cabin itself was perfect with comfy beds, stocked firewood, and plenty of space. Amanda was very responsive and brought us more toilet paper when we were running low. This was one of the best Hipcamp experiences I've had!

We loved spending time at this cute little cabin! The property was beautiful and very well kept and clean. The views were amazing and it was so peaceful. We had a pet emergency and had to leave a night early, Amanda was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful in our prompt departure. If we ever come back to this area, we'll definitely come back to the cabin! Thank you Amanda!

Weekend Trip to 16 Squared Cabin
Very cozy cabin and beautiful land. This was a very “all to yourself” site other than 1 day a parade of side by sides went across the property right behind the cabin. We weren’t aware that others would be accessing the driveway/trails on the property during our stay. There were lots of ticks but there were not mosquitoes. Bring flashlights as the inside of the cabin stays dark throughout the day because of so much tree coverage which is great for temp control. Amanda was great for fulfilling our water needs. We would absolutely go back.

3 nights at 16 Squared Cabin
Great stay! The snow blocked the sign to the road but Amanda was helpful in getting us back on track. Once we were there the cabin was exactly what you could ask for. Warm cabin surrounded by gorgeous scenery blanketed in snow.
