This is private land mostly fields where you should see deer grazing in the evening.
There are two sites available, ideal for vans, trailers, and RVs up to 35 feet. You can expect a pull-in level site. There is no toilet on-site. Campfires are permitted and pets are welcome.
It is a short 3 min walk to the Fisherman's wharf. About 5 min drive to the historical town of Yarmouth, NS and the Cat Ferry to Maine. John's cove beach is about a 15min drive on the way to the Yarmouth light on Cape Forchu. Yarmouth Golf club is about a 4 min drive away.

The campground is located on Long Island a five minute ferry ride from the mainland. The campground is a mixture of old and new forest the sites were planned with privacy in mind. Each of the sites are different offering a variety of choices. Just 100 feet from the driveway is the trailhead for the Balancing Rock a top attraction in Nova Scotia. There is also many whale watching tours offered on the two islands. You can also go beach combing along different areas of the Island.

We are Forest Glen Adventures, we are located in Yarmouth Co, 40klms where the Cat Ferry from Maine lands. We are located on hwy 340 in a very quiet village , enjoy dark skies and a campfire.
We have 2 Bunkies on the property both very private, both off grid. The Meadowbrook comes with 2 folding camp cots 50$ per night . The Stargazer has a comfy double futon 60$. Both have bbqs, and fire-pits.
We have Plenty of level spots to pull into for the night.

This Hipcamp was exactly what we needed and expected. A nice quiet stop for the night after arriving on the CAT ferry to explore NS for a few weeks. Make sure you checkout the old cemetery down the street for great history and great views! Sue and family were great hosts. Thanks.

Nous avons adoré notre semaine.. La nature était au rendez-vous, terrain boisé, beau grand lac, le calme total. Pour les amoureux de la nature je le recommande.
Nous avions trois familles de canards sur le terrain qui venaient au deux jours Nous avons vue des chevreuils.
Beaucoup d’activités à faire, kayak, pêche et jeux de société.

3 nights at Luxury Shanty near Keji Park N.S.
I was so fortunate to find this listing last minute as being near Keji was one of the reasons for our trip to NS. Patricia met us and showed us the site in person which was very helpful. It was way more luxurious than I expected! A foot pump sink to wash hands! Electric pump for 5 gal water jugs! A jackery type battery to charge things! The lake was right outside the door and there were sitting areas and fire pits as well as a grill. I wish we could have stayed longer as it was a bit rainy and we didn't have time to enjoy the lake. Everything was nicely organized and even in the 40s (fahrenheit) one night we had enough blankets. Would love to come back!
