Formerly a competitive equestrian event facility, Pitch Perfect at Canterbrook is situated on a 300+ acre property consisting of agricultural farm land of all types. We have hills, streams, ponds, wetlands, meadows, and heavily wooded areas available for your exploration. Situated only an hour from Boston off of I 93, and less than 30 miles away from the famous Lake Winnipesaukee, we are perched on a picturesque dirt road in the beautiful country town of Canterbury New Hampshire. Popular attractions within a stone’s throw from us include; a gorgeous walk back in time at Canterbury’s Shaker Village, Golfing at Canterbury Woods, a unique pint of ale at Canterbury Aleworks, fabulous pick-your-own fruits and vegetables at Hackleboro Orchard, OR if you find yourself running low on supplies, Canterbury Country Store boasts having at least one of everything and is situated only one mile away from your campsite! If you need more city life amenities like grocery stores or restaurants, the capitol city of Concord to the south, and the town of Tilton to the north, are a breeze to access and are less than 20 minutes away.

A premiere tent, RV or camper site available at Pitch Perfect at Canterbrook! #9-Brookside is tucked on the lower edge of our gorgeous meadow, and perched right next to a brook. It is private, offers both sun and shade, and offers easy maneuverability for all types of camping configurations. ~~~~~~~~~~~ Our farm and beautiful surroundings puts you smack in the middle of nature. We love it that way and our family has been doing our level best to preserve it for the last 60 years. We ask our campers to help us do the same. So, we respectfully require the following: - refrain from using soaps in or near our natural water sources - no hunting or harming of animals - carry out your own refuse (dumpster provided). - fire pits are for cooking and small enjoyment fires only, no bonfires - refrain from any activities that could detract from nature, or interfere with the enjoyment of other campers - feel free to roam at leisure on our property, but please do not enter areas near our home or barns (except for emergency) - honor strict local noise ordinance: quiet time from 10pm-8am - we have horses on the property, please honor their space by respecting fencing and gates, and above all, refrain from giving them treats…even if they beg By reserving, you agree to adhere to these common-sense requirements. Failure to do so can result in immediate cancellation without refund. Sorry, we do not offer hook-ups, electricity, or showers. Site 10 Brook Bend

#10 Brookbend is one of our more popular sites due to it being perched beside a running brook. It offers full morning shade, and full afternoon sun that is tree and water lined on one side, yet has unhindered maneuvering and parking for all types of vehicles thanks to the size of the meadow on the other side. It is close to all amenities and perfect for families with children.

One of our premiere sites at Pitch Perfect at Canterbrook, #5 The Secret Field is situated in the wooded part of the campground and best suited for small groups traveling together. The site is oversized with parking for multiple vehicles, tents, rv's, and travel trailers. Navigating in and out of The Secret Field with larger vehicles is no problem as it has it's own access road and there is ample room for turning and maneuvering. The Secret Field sits in a clearing above all the other wooded sites, and atop a small tree lined hill. Privacy is no issue thanks to it's elevated position and the bank of trees lining the site, yet it still offers peek-a-boo views to other sites and the campground proper. ~~~~~~~~~~~ Our farm and beautiful surroundings puts you smack in the middle of nature. Site 8 The Glade No RVs/Towed

Site #8 The Glade is an extremely private, oversized site suitable for tents and truck campers. The site sits on a natural hillside, and therefore is not FLAT. There is however, a generously sized level spot near the back of the site to set up sleeping arrangements. It has ample room for in-site parking for multiple vehicles and offers a consistent supply of both sun and shade.

#4 Field View is one of nicest of the wooded sites at Pitch Perfect at Canterbrook. It is a full shade TENT SITE, which can easily accommodate van camping too. It has a gorgeous peek-a-boo view of the meadow from an elevated position. It also has ample room for in-site parking or extra tents. Please be aware that #4 is not suitable for towed campers, or RV's unless they are very small and you are a skilled navigator. ~~~~~~~~~~~ Our farm and beautiful surroundings puts you smack in the middle of nature. Site 7 The Hideaway (no towed)

Site #7 The Hideaway is a site for tent and truck camping only. We DO NOT allow towed vehicles into this site due to limited maneuvering capability. Please NOTE: signage for this site is not up yet due to relocation. Pics and reviews are accurate for the current location. It's located on it's own near the northern tip of our meadow and perched next to a running brook. It's and hidden by a deep expanse of trees which makes it our most private site. The site offers both sun and shade, in-site parking and is perfect for all sorts of tent and truck camper configurations.

#12 Pine Nook is a private, amply sized site nestled within a stand of tall pines, between a large knoll and gorgeously wooded pasture land. It offers mostly shade, but one end of the oversized site is sunny. It's best suited for tents and truck campers, but can accommodate RV's and towed campers if the driver is very skilled. Navigation can be a challenge due to the large pines lining the way into and around the site.

Site 3 Winterbrook 2 per/TENT

Site #3 Winterbrook is a 2 person TENT only accommodation. This shady site has room for one tent and is nestled in a wooded gully next to a natural water source that *only* runs in the winter months. In site parking for one vehicle is possible in the dry months, however wetter times calls for parking about 30 feet away. The site is heavily wooded, and perfect for those looking for a deep forest feel. It is also conveniently located very near camp facilities.

#11 Pine View is a large, half sun/half shade site nestled in a stand of large pine trees. It is suitable for all types of camping configurations, however towed vehicles require a skilled driver to navigate around the trees. It offers gorgeous elevated views of an expansive wooded pasture and has very easy access to all amenities.

Wonderful stay at Pitch Perfect. LeeAnn is a great host and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Fantastic communication and a really great spot. I highly recommend a stay at Pitch Perfect. We camped while riding mountain bikes at Highland Bike Park and will not hesitate to stay at Pitch Perfect again if we come back to ride. Just be sure to bring bug spray but the bugs didn’t deter the enjoyment of our stay!

Brook Side Camping (#9)

First time camping here but will be back, even checked out other empty spots to try out! More than enough space for a family with active kiddos and dogs, I know mine were happy and tired by the time it was supper time both 2 legged and four! Sites are close together but far enough apart where it still feels private! Leeann checked in from time to time to make sure we were all right or if we needed anything. We at one point ran out of wood and within 10-15 min(honestly was probably faster) after calling her to ask for more wood, her assistant was there with more wood then one could ever need which if you didn’t pay for in advance, was still okay to use and pay for what you did use at checkout. There was a 3 gallon jug of potable water on sight and plenty of porta potties within eyesight/walking distance of the spot! Didn’t swim in the brook as it was a cold and rainy Memorial Day weekend, but would have been a much needed relief from the heat had it been hot!

2nd stay & would love to

Site 12 Pine Nook

This was our second stay at Pitch Perfect, and we had a great time!! We brought friends with us this time around and stayed at site 11. We love this spot because it isn’t as crowded as a regular campsite, so we’re able to bring our dog, who doesn’t like kids and tends to bark at other dogs — there’s plenty of open space here & it’s easy to keep her away from other people and animals.

#5 The Secret Field

We had a great time! LeeAnn’s land is beautiful!! Very clean, huge field to look at the stars at night and they also created a nice path that goes along a creek and around the property, a lot to do in the area, farms, nature walks, etc… one thing I want to point out is that there is a road nearby and occasionally you hear a motorcycle, or truck we stayed at #5, its on a hill and because we were up higher we could probably hear it more, but not a big deal. I would definitely stay there again!! Oh and did I mention we heard coyotes howl at night?!

We loved our stay at Pitch Perfect! The few sites that are there are very private with a beautiful brook babbling away right next to the fire pit. Lee Ann is wonderful and made sure we were all settled in. Will definitely return!

Great camping spot, beautiful land. Even with every site being full, it felt private enough and was very quiet. Even people with dogs nearby were overall very quiet. LeeAnn is very friendly and makes sure you have everything you need. This site was shady and comfortable. Portapotty was clean and located right behind to this site (so you can hear the door close when others use it / see them walking up but it didn’t bother us or take anything away). Would definitely recommend!

Campsite #4 Field View Tent/Truck

What a gem of a campground - all the sites were lovely, large and secluded. Wood and water was provided and the port o potties were very clean and well cared for. Really great experience. Site 4, where we stayed, was on the smaller side but had plenty of room for a van and two tents. It was shaded which worked well this weekend since it rained a bit.

We had an amazing time camping at Pitch Perfect! Leeann has thoughtfully created each and every one of the campsites so that they are unique, spacious and spread out. LeeAnn has a beautiful piece of land and we really enjoyed camping here. The sites are generously sized making a lovely change from so many campgrounds that squish people in. The grounds were clearly well cared for. The toilets were appreciated as we’re tent campers.

We have stayed at Pitch Perfect before and had a great stay. We made a fairly last minute reservation with some friends and had a great time. All of the sites are unique and ours was set beside a small brook. Check in was a breeze and the site had everything we needed. LeAnn stopped by to check on how things were going. We will definitely be back!
