Located on 10 beautiful acres in Westford Vermont. A place you’ll want to rest your head and look up at the stars! Our goal is to provide you a lush natural environment to chill and enjoy nature. (Campsites are large and include access to a running stream (weather dependent), fire pits, walking paths, and privacy.) Trash cans and recycle bins located at each site *No vehicles allowed on property* (protected wetlands~ Ty! ;)) Our long dirt road is great for walking, running and biking ~~~Chapin Orchard located 2 miles down the road~~~ Dog friendly, parking available, 7 miles from Essex Center, 9 miles to Burlington ----WILDLIFE ALERT------ Many small animals make their home on our land, and you may occasionally see them! Deer- Turkey -Raccoon-many birds and our occasional small female Bear we call Big booty Judy! NONE of these animals will bother you :) You will 100% of the time find animal tracks, and 50% of the time see them. Hope to see you soon, Christine

**Tent sites only** No vehicles allowed on property (protected wetlands) Located on beautiful Chapin Road in Westford Vermont. 10 quiet acres in a place you’ll want to rest your head and look up at the stars. Our goal is to provide you with a peaceful environment to chill, and having only 5 sites allows us to meet your needs. (Campsites are spacious, and property includes access to a running stream (unless in a drought), fire pits, short walking paths, and privacy.) ****Chapin Road is great for walking, running and biking**** Dog friendly, parking available, 7 miles from Essex Center, 9 miles to Burlington. Owners on site -Back Campsites (furthest from parking and stream access) 2 sites -Hilltop Campsite (wide views) 1 site -Creek campsites-(Big Red Barn, SenSei Trails) 2 sites

This site is atop a hill and sits in a meadow. It's wide open and great for several tents. Stargazing, relaxing, cooking, chilling, an open space for fun. A very sunny spot!

This is a new site for Hammock campers set upon a hilltop in a small forest. Shady, semi-private (along trail path) and quiet. Please note- No vehicles on property as we are located on protected wetlands.

We had a lovely night camping here! Easy to find the spot to park and then a short walk to the actual spot to camp. In the morning we had a nice time walking around the trails and exploring the woods!

The tent sites are very nice and secluded among the trees of an old overgrown apple orchard. Very nice mowed grass sites for tents.

The host was kind. It was close enough to a town for us to run and grab a few things, but this site itself was secluded enough. I would have liked more shade at the actual site - I would be sure to bring your own pop up tent, tarps or other type of shade if it’s going to be sunny during your stay. And a table of your own.

We checked out Christine's space for one night before booking for a week because it was in a great location for a work event! We have a truck camper. It's an absolutely stunning tent spot. Access is walk- in so we ended up staying just in their drive way parking area for the one night, and walking our dogs up to the tent site. The site does not have good hammock trees nearby (unless you block the trails) but is nicely mowed, beautiful for a tent. We loved the views up there. They do have a trail cart to help haul supplies to the site.

Lovely camp site but know what you're getting: a nice large level patch of land with a brook you can drop your water filter into, and fire pit. Very private, and because you have to bring your own camp toilet, it's never going to be overrun. But with only a few large and spread out sites, privacy is a given. Big Red Barn has two trees by the brook for hammock camping (bring your extra long suspension) but it's super buggy down there. It was super buggy overall but we've had such a wet year in general. Hosts were great and provided firewood. We brought bikes and it was a nice ride into Burlington. Chapin Road is a known gravel climb/descent and we saw quite a few cyclists. Would come back, especially when the leaves turn.

Came to Vermont for a little camping getaway and had the best time here. Christine and her Husband were super! showed us our camp site the first night and helped us out with some fire wood on the nights we needed it and even recommended local areas we should visit:) Such a peaceful place and AMAZING star gazing! We even saw two shooting stars. Great weekend overall.

Beautiful little spot along the Brook with the most excellent of hosts. Came for the weekend for concerts at the EXPO and will certainly be back for another round of shows. Decent cell service. Uber/Lyft was available. We were their first guests and cant wait to see what they do with the property moving foreword. Only disclaimer is if the ground is at all wet, you’ll need 4wd to drive to park at the campsite.
