A quiet and peaceful 81-acre haven nestled within Texas ranch country. A safe, family-oriented environment to enjoy your RV, or stay in one of our cabins. Go fishing in one of our many stocked ponds, play some pickleball, walk the nature trails, or build a campfire and smores at our firepit areas. Let your dogs run to their heart's content in our fenced in dog park. Have a cold drink and kickback on the Rodeo Cafe porch. We're 55 minutes north of the Dallas/Fort Worth airport, 25 minutes north of Denton, 20 minutes from WinStar World Casino (the world's largest casino), and 15 minutes from Gainesville, if you need to run into town.

The Carriage House sleeps 6 guests comfortably and provides all the comforts of home, including, a Queen bed in addition to 2, white pine bunk beds, private bath with stand-up shower, separate double sink vanity, full-sized kitchen with microwave, full refrigerator, stove and oven, sink and counter space. The Carriage House also provides a living room and dining area along with a wrap around porch for those pleasant evenings.

This cottage home off the mainstream offers peace and quiet at the highest level. Mr. Goodnight's home offers a master bedroom (downstairs) with Queen bed, 2 guest rooms (upstairs) both with 2 Twin beds in each, 1 full bath on the main floor in addition to a full kitchen, living room and dining area. Parking is very close and shares a full view of one of our 4 ponds and park spaces. A delightful experience in every way.

Lone Oak RV Retreat and Ranch is the cutest little community. Nestled in a serene setting, this hidden gem offers a peaceful escape for RVers and those who would prefer to stay in a guest house. One of the most endearing aspects of Lone Oak is its warm and welcoming atmosphere. The friendly staff and long-term RVers made it easy to feel right at home. For families with children, the on-site farm/petting zoo provides endless entertainment. There's also a pool for the warmer months. The Rodeo Cafe is open from 10 AM to 2 PM on Sundays and Mondays and offers a delicious lunch buffet. The 24-hour lounge is equipped with laundry machines, a TV, and a vending machine. The campground offers strong Wi-Fi and the well-maintained nature trails are great for peaceful walks. There are bonfire pits, basketball hoops, a beautiful old chapel, and tons of guest rooms available for affordable prices. Lots to see and explore on these 81 acres. Overall, Lone Oak RV Retreat and Ranch is a fantastic place to unwind and recharge outside the city. Its combination of friendly people, great amenities, and beautiful surroundings makes it a truly special destination. I hope more guests find out about it and it grows into its full potential!
