I loved the privacy that this site provided. It was a beautiful, serene setting that my daughter and I enjoyed. It was easy enough to access, though you definitely want to have a AWD/4WD vehicle if you are going to drive back to the site. Overall, it was great for our needs and provided us with quick access to GSMNP without having to deal with the crowds.

Jason and I had an amazing time at the site. Fires and wildlife, how can you go wrong. There are a few bats that come out, a hawk, owls and so many birds. The bullfrogs in the pond belch all night.. it's quiet, tranquil and private though parking is just across from a house. We will book again!

We loved staying here! There are many spots for a campsite and we loved hearing the babbling creek and watching the bats fly over the lake at dusk. Plenty of tools needed and very private. Can’t want to come back!

The location is perfect. Very private and just what we were looking for. Our dogs absolutely loved it. I didn’t have any problem getting my 1500 back there.
