Open area where many campers are camping side by side. At night, it's a little difficult to find the right area because there's no number of site really. There's a welcoming dog and cat. We can hear the horses at night. There's a clean shower and toilet, heated room. Really nice communication with the host by messages. If I pass by, I'll stay there again.

Very cool place! Loved the lowing of the cows in the adjacent cow pen. Very quaint replica turn off the century schoolhouse, as well as a cool little camp store 😊 clearly marked directions on the road for Harvest Hosts, which means basically, that’s the campground for all apps.

The sunsets and sunrises are amazing. The sites are clean and the location is nice. Plenty of room to maneuver your rig. The brand new bathrooms with showers are top notch. They are clean, well stocked, heated and have hot water! They have a camp store with souvenirs and snacks.

SoOo fun! Wait until you see this place! Our host met us at the driveway after following the easy directions and lead us to our place where we set up for the night. The next morning when we woke up there were so many fun things to discover. I’m not going to give any of them away, so you’ll just have to pick this place for your next stay and have as much fun as we did!

Beautiful location with great sunset view. Bathrooms and showers were very nice. We were able to tour the neat historic buildings on the property. Host was very nice and came to meet us upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful spot in South Dakota. Host was great and sent detailed instructions on how to find the property after booking. Flush bathrooms with showers on-site were clean and well maintained.

1940s Tourist cabin
Crystal was lovely and helpful with making sure to show us the way around. Bob the cat was busy greeting others when we arrived, but Fred the dog made sure we were welcomed and even went for a short stroll around the property with us. My daughters loved the school house and we all enjoyed our stay.

Friendly email ‘banter’ (Crystal’s word) with Host - who, due to my time constraints, I did not meet.
There is some Interstate noise, but I did not find it intrusive.

Great place to camp. Google directions coming from the West got me to the camp ground without any issues. I called Crystal and she met me and gave me a brief rundown on the area and recommended where to park.
Crystal has several 30/50amp stations. She has a bathroom house with two flush toilets and two showers, which were very clean. She also rents out a cottage and tiny house. My two dogs had a great time running off leash.
I would recommend this place.

The stars were absolutely brilliant. Not a sight I get to see often. Where exactly the sites are in the camp area isn't exactly clear and the bathroom isn't clearly marked but other than that it's a great place to stay.

Crystals camp was unique, quiet and comfortable. We were little confused by the signs that said electricity was $25/night. But Crystal explained that this was covered in our Hip Camp fee. Both she and her husband were very nice down-to-earth people that we enjoyed visiting with.

This was a great place to stay. We arrived in the late afternoon and had the spot and electric hook as expected. We enjoyed a chat with our RV neighbor as well as a hello from the cat Bob. We also enjoyed looking around the camp store and bought a couple things. The next day in our way out we chatted with Crystal for a few minutes. Great stay in our way through South Dakota. Would stay again.

Pretty area, but not terribly well suited to tent camping. Also, a bit noisy as quite close to the interstate.

The tourist cabin was such a nice place to stay. It was charming, clean, comfortable and had character. Bob the cat is the official, unofficial greeter and the horses in the pasture made the place home for a night. I hope to stay again in the future on one of my rides.

What an amazing spot to camp. Crystal was so welcoming but Bob the cat was the best welcoming committee. Fred is cool too(dog) but I saw Bob more.
There is a very nice bathhouse , power and water. A really cool old schoolhouse. And if you don't have a rv there's 2 cabins to rent that are really nice also.

This was a peaceful place to camp. The restrooms were super clean. We enjoyed the school house and the pineapple jam we bought at the little store was delicious!! We would definitely come again.

Great place to pull over and spend the night - easy to find, flat, has electricity. Bonus is the super cool old school house that is open to explore - my kiddos loved it. And special shout out to Bob the cat :)

Close to I-90. Go in from the west (eastbound) for a better road.
Basic with electricity.
Off leash was super nice. Nice amount of room in area.
The hosts were nice and friendly. The best part of this place is the easy comradery of the folks staying the night. It's like the land just makes it easy to say hi and make new friends, if just for the night.

It was easy to find. Contacted Crystal for arrival details, she was nice and helpful to talk with.
It was a super chill place next to a horse arena. Quiet, beautiful sunsets and right off the freeway. 6 electric hookup sites. Other people there were nice and friendly.
There is a sweet little store with local crafts, home made jerky and honey and other items

Where do I begin? This amazing place has it all. We enjoyed the most wonderful stay with a stunning sunset, in a place full of little surprises. From the cat to the school house to the safety not to mention the most restful sleep ever. Absolutely wonderful experience!!

This was an incredible stop for us on our RV adventure. We drove in at sunset and the view was breathtaking. There’s a super sweet and friendly cat who will greet you, as well as a big gentle dog. Very peaceful and beautiful place to stay. Absolutely recommend staying with Crystal!
