We had such a wonderful stay at Eagles Landing while celebrating my Husband's birthday! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found a special place.
The property is beautiful, peaceful, and private. Having the entire place to ourselves made it the perfect getaway. We spent our days relaxing by the water, fishing, cooking, and enjoying time together. Hubby even tried kayaking for the very first time! 🛶 We didn't catch any fish, but we made some wonderful memories.
Kevin was an absolutely fantastic host and truly went above and beyond. Before our arrival, he reached out with thoughtful questions about our preferences and how he could make our stay more enjoyable. It was clear he genuinely cared about his guests.
On our first evening, Kevin stopped by to check on us and brought us some refreshments. We had a wonderful visit! He also unlocked the shed so we could use the chairs and kayaks, gave us recommendations for local restaurants, and talked with Big Daddy about fishing in the area.
We appreciated how welcoming and helpful Kevin was while still giving us all the privacy we wanted.
This was more than just a place to park our RV—it was a peaceful, relaxing birthday getaway that we'll remember for a long time. ❤️

If you’re looking for a private camping spot without a lot of campers parked beside you.. this is it! We were the only ones there’s. The views are amazing. We fished and used the kayaks. Kevin is an amazing host who went above and beyond for us. We can’t wait to come back again!

We love going to Eagles Landing! Kevin is the most gracious host and always drops by with a gift. It is our favorite spot to kayak and just relax and watch the wildlife. It’s very peaceful and well maintained. It is on our list of favorite hipcamps!

We had a very relaxing weekend, despite some rain. The property is very quiet, dock access was great, Scott even caught a few fish! And we were treated to some Fireworks by the neighbors. Kevin was a great host, the welcome gift was appreciated! Overall had a great weekend camping.

We had a wonderful experience at Eagles Landing which is appropriately named. There were three flying over the lake the entire weekend. It is serene and stunning all at the same time. Kevin was the most wonderful host who hand delivered a very generous and thoughtful gift basket. He had kayaks, life vest, fishing poles and firewood available. The wildlife there amazing. The lake was pure heaven! It is on our list of places to visit regularly. You will not regret booking this fabulous hip camp! P.S. We are now hooked on kayaking! Life is good in your sixties!

We booked this site as a last minute Spring break get away and so glad we found this gem! Kevin was so nice and accommodating and the weather completely showed out in the best way. We were able to enjoy the water all five days we stayed 🫶🏻 Will definitely be coming back in the near future.

Kevin was a great host at Eagles Landing. He graciously accepted a last minute booking. Allowed us to check in early and stay past check out if we wanted. This was our second time visiting this site. It’s peaceful, and private. Next time we come, we plan on having a friend come and hopefully we can book both sites. They have kayaks, vest, fishing poles, etc. Great all around place. He even brought us a gift bag, it even included treats for the dogs. 5 Stars!!!!!!

Nice private area for us to relax while traveling. Our dog enjoyed the water so much and we helped ourselves to use the of a kayak. Our hosts were kind enough to greet us with a gift, show us around and make sure we had everything we needed. It is sloped getting in and out so we needed the 4-wheel drive to guide our 35’ 5th wheel and you may get a visit from the local dogs that tour the area periodically but they scare off easily. Very peaceful and the neighboring fisherman were very friendly.

Had a great time at Kevin's lakefront Hipcamp. We will definitely reserve again in the future. Met us with a welcome gift and provided Kayaks and life jackets to use. Enjoyed exploring the lake. Spent a lot of time on the dock enjoying the views and nature.
We are so happy we booked kevins place. It was perfect, quiet, private and right on the lake. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Highly recommend.

My wife and I enjoyed our time at Kevin’s property. We loved being able to fish and kayak right from site and the view of the water was great. Kevin was a great communicator and left us a very nice welcome gift. We would definitely recommend staying here and we’ll definitely be back.

Great site with full hookup. Perfect host that met us at site and brought a welcome gift and had kayaks and life jackets available. Very peaceful and relaxing. Grand boys enjoyed swimming and kayaking. 5G cell service through AT&T. Was able to steam the game. Will definitely return!

Even though we stayed the week during Tropical Storm Debby’s rain, we had a terrific time. We made use of the kayaks Kevin provided as well as biking and walking. We ate at Big Mans Marina and Fiddler Blues on Lake Murray and enjoyed both. Our favorite thing was sitting on the dock enjoying the lake breezes and sunsets.
This camping spot was by far our favorite. The host was amazing gave us a welcome gift and let us use his kayaks. Would recommend this site to everyone!!

Absolutely a great experience! A last minute trip and it couldn't have been better. From the start Kevin was very responsive, we got a welcome gift. Kids had a blast jumping off the dock. Even made friends with the neighbors on the property next door. We will definitely be going back!

We just got home from our weekend at eagles landing. We had a great time ! Kevin was a great host , accommodating to our needs. Little goody bag for us and the kids .
We were able to fish right off the dock and caught about 8+ fish. Released of course😉 !
Pros: privacy, easy to get to, easy to back into , plenty of kayaks for everyone and fishing rods . Provided lots of wood for the fire pit. There are bunnies !
The lake doesn’t connect to the other lake so you don’t have to worry about big boats . Plenty of shade to get away from the sun . Gated ! Which is nice because you don’t have to worry about anyone just coming down the driveway. Big man’s ( some of the nicest people ) tackle shop is literally a minute away you can disembark a boat From there for $5 into the bigger part of saluda river ,we didn’t get food but they have a whole kitchen. Dollar general has a market about 8-9 mins away which we had never seen a market one before . They were like a mini grocery store.
Cons: the spiders come out around dusk and start webbing on the rails to the dock, there are dirt daubers around the dock, they don’t bother you but for some it might be a deal breaker. While fishing we were getting stuck on a few things on the bottom which is to be expected . The beach is a little rocky so swim shoes would be helpful.
If it wasn’t a liability some hammocks near the beach would be awesome !
Overall we all had a blast and will be booking with Kevin and his little piece of paradise again

AMAZING! ! We were there visiting family for a baby shower. This turned out to be the best place to do it. The views are spectacular and peaceful. The lake was a perfect temp and although fish are there we had no luck. Wish we could have spent more time at the site. Kevin was a great host and even brought us a little treat upon check in! Highly highly recommend
This camp site is perfect! The view of the lake is amazing and Kevin brought us a welcome surprise and made sure we had everything we needed. The wood was provided for the fire pit as well. Such a great weekend!

Our family had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend spent kayaking, fishing and enjoying our time here.
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing HipCamp property, and it truly exceeded our expectations.
From the get-go, communication with Kevin, the owner was seamless and friendly. He was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to hang back and enjoy the grounds a bit longer on our last day, which was a thoughtful touch.
The campsite itself was immaculate and spacious, offering the perfect escape. It felt like our own secluded piece of paradise.
There was an abundance of dry firewood provided; more than we could ever need, ensuring our nights were spent around a warm, comforting fire under the stars.
The owner surprised us with a personalized welcome gift, which was unexpected and truly shows the level of care and hospitality they extended to their guests.
Overall, this HipCamp delivered on all fronts—privacy, cleanliness, and excellent host communication, not to mention the thoughtful welcome surprise. It's a gem worth checking out if you're seeking a peaceful retreat in nature with an amazing waterfront view.

We absolutely love this spot. This was our second time booking and we have already made a 3rd reservation this season. The lot is private and has plenty of room, especially when comparing it to state parks. It is peaceful and so much quieter than a traditional park or campground. It has a small sandy beach area and nice dock available. We truly enjoyed kayaking on the lake (pond) & our small grandchildren loved the sand and playing in the water. The hosts have been wonderful and are very responsive.
This camp site was great. It was clean, quiet, and only a few yards away from the lake. They have a nice new floating dock with a ladder. And a private beach to the side. It has full hook ups. Kevin and Sabrina even came to do a friendly meet and greet. They brought, chocolate, marshmallows, graham crackers and even sticks to make s’mores. They even had the first night of wood already in the fire pit ready to light. I would give this place Five Stars. We are truly humbled by their hospitality. I’m a Service Manager for an HVAC Company, I come across many different people everyday. I will be passing the word on about our great experience at Eagles Landing in Prosperity, South Carolina. Well Done!
