The staff are super cheerful, facilities are outstanding, and so many happy doggies. Multiple outdoor kitchens (oven, microwave, stove, BBQ, hot water, kettle, toaster), washing machines, hot showers, pool, outdoor lounges, playgrounds, go karts, dog play areas. Amazing.

Unfortunately the unpowered sites are very small and we were all slotted in next door to one another instead of being staggered throughout. Someone decided to help themselves to our new coffee jar early hours of the morning. On leaving, we found that someone had peeled the fluro sticker off the caravan tow bar where you line it up so not very pleasant to say the least. Mens toilets ran out of toilet paper on the last morning. Staff were friendly. Constructive feedback-would be to stagger campers on site and clean bathrooms 2-3 times daily in busy periods especially for the price per night.

Sites were way too small. We were place right next to a group of rude grey nomads who had the world’s biggest rigs encroaching on our space. Bathrooms were filthy and showers took forever to heat up. Camp kitchen was basically useless. Only one bbq worked and a single hot plate (out of a double) generated about half the heat required. Everything else was broken. We paid for two nights but left after one. Would not recommend

I’m not normally a fan of caravan parks often preferring the privacy of private campsites. However Ingenia’s location and facilities were spot on for us (2 adults, 2 kids and a dog). We were travelling as a group and the staff accommodated us to be near each other. The toilet and shower facilities were good, we were in peak times so lots of people but still reasonably clean. The playground and proximity to the beach were the absolute selling points.

It's a nice facility , well organized, clean , toilet and shower blocks , quiet at night when I was there . lots of different sites , the non powered sites are close together but fine for car camping , tents etc. It's close to Tallows Beach and a nature reserve with a trail from the park . You can take a bus to / from Byron , Uber etc or hire a bike or even walk . Parking in Byron is tight, I didn't need use my hire car to go into town.

Nice campground to stay at, has all ammenities you would need, also has a pool, playground and jump pad for kids. Close to the beach approximately 10 minute walk. Byron bay centre approximately 5 minute drive. This is a pet friendly campground. The site was accommodating for my 21.6ft caravan, long and narrow. I was just able fit on the site with the side awning out. Site was slightly sloped and in the shade, also sheltered by wind for our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Really nice camping experience. The facilities were very good, everything was clean and well organised. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made things easy. I enjoyed my stay and would come back.
