Our property 'Bush Paddock' and 'Bush Cabin' are located just 10 minutes from the historical town of Stroud, and offer a secluded peaceful getaway for those that love the outdoors and simple living. Book this site or cabin for just you and your group exclusively, or book both for your exclusive use. Enjoy quiet, private surroundings during the day, and dazzling star shows at night. The large campsite and cabin are located on a level, grassed area with plenty of space to pitch tents, or park campers and caravans. Children just love the level grassy land to run and just be a kid. It's perfect for games like cricket, soccer, and football to name a few. The amenities block has both toilet and shower, and there is also power available to connect up to. A large sheltered area, our camp kitchen, includes fridge, barbeque, electricity, kettle, table, chairs and more. Enjoy bird watching, visiting wallabies in the late afternoon, or looking for fossils in the seasonal creek just a few metres away. The historical town of Stroud is only 10 or so minutes away if you need supplies. Karuah River is close by for swimming and fishing, and the Barrington Tops National Park is approximately 50 minutes away. Ride Dungog is located at The Common in Dungog, for mountain bike enthusiasts. The area includes 650 acres offering trails for all different levels. The websiteTrailforks.com can provide more information. While visiting Dungog, there are boutique cafes and shops, a historic cinema, and a lot more to see as you wander through the streets. Unfortunately we no longer have parties, including 18th's, 21th's etc.

Bush Bags Review of Bush Paddock
A group of us camped at this gorgeous spot this weekend and it was PERFECT for a shoulder season camp! The facilities are great, having access to a fridge and undercover camp kitchen was awesome and super useful with kids and lots of adults. We had a mix of tents and camp trailers so having power was great. We loved the sofa's and fire area, it felt very homely and inviting. The hosts were really helpful and friendly, it was easy enough to find and a beautiful drive from Coffs Harbour [once off the highway. haha] We will be back! See you soon!

Thank you for a wonderful weekend. Wonderful campsite, kitchen had everything you need from cutlery through to Bbq and microwave. Beautiful fire to relax or cook with camp ovens supplied to borrow. New clean amenities. Owners where very friendly and their 4 legged friend Eva. Lots of exploring to be done. Even though the creek was dry we found some beautiful fossils in the creek bed. Peaceful and quiet listening to nature. We will definitely be back. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Camping with a touch of comfort
We loved our short stay here. Cherie and Grieg have a beautiful piece of land that is set up brilliantly. It’s the perfect mix of outdoor camping experience with a touch of comfort and convenience, having a bathroom and outdoor kitchen on site. Grieg and Cherie are lovely and strike the right balance of checking in to make you feel welcome but also giving you space and privacy to enjoy the bush surrounds. Would love to come back and spend a few more nights.

Cherie was super helpful, very friendly and quick to respond to all my questions. She was an amazing host! The location was just as described - very peaceful. There were kangaroos and birds and the resident cows added to the atmosphere. The camp kitchen was well equipped and everything was very clean. The couches by the fireplace are a great addition. The bathroom is amazing! The best bathroom I've ever had while camping. Thank you for a great weekend - We'll definitely be back!
