Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
This land "declaration" is a mostly forested 1.4 acre piece of land that borders the Mascoma River. While civilization (Enfield and Canaan, NH) is only minutes away, there are plenty of trees for some privacy, and a good driveway and an electrical hookup for an RV. There is also a campfire/tent area. Note no potable water supply or toilet as of yet on the property. Nearby are many activities for those who love the outdoors. Most of the surrounding area is forested and sparsely populated. Goose Pond and Mascoma Lake are just minutes away, offering swimming and boating and fishing. Amazing spot got woods all around but town not far away. Great people as nice as can be.

this is a great spot. Super private. We were not able to stay as our 36 foot long camper fit but wouldn't get level. This is no fault to the person with the site, and I'd gladly go back with a shorter camper or even a tent.

Great little piece of woods with electric available and they are working on water. Some road noise from early morning and afternoon commuters but otherwise very quiet.

Great pull off spot. It's an old dump site with metal and glass off the landing so I don't recommend for children. Peaceful and not far off the beaten path.

When I arrived there was a dirty old mattress, other large trash, cans/bottles, and used toilet paper (that I bagged because it was putrid). I contacted the host, who showed up unannounced either after dark, or before 9am, which I found to be uncomfortable as this was a stand alone site the host doesn’t reside at. I had messaged them prior to arrival assuming they would be meeting me there, which they declined. I highly recommend this host do a visual check and maintenance of the site after each booking to ensure a clean stay for the next. Road was very busy with motorcycles. Very tight to back into, much smaller than pictures relate.

Private and easy solution. Owbmner very responsive. Not recommended for children as there is old metal and glass off the landing. Affordable!

It’s private and it have 50amp and regular outlet plug there.. it have lots of shading to prevent from the sun which it’s less hot. If you not mind bugs that flying around (it not harm you at all). Everything is nice there.

Cozy spot to camp showed up saw 3 deer in the woods And frogs chirping into the night very relaxing. Will be one of my regular spots. If you sleep in roof-top tent or camper van it wouldn't hurt to bring a little blockage to level out so you can utilize the flat area to for tents, canopy or hanging out. Its minor but something to keep in mind.

Great place for a stopover! Marc was great, super responsive and the lot is wooded and quiet. We stayed one night in our campervan. Did not use the power but it’s a nice perk.
