We arrived later than anticipated so it was dark, dark. Our spot was easy to find and set up. Cute location with lots of history and potential. Would be a fun place with a family. Lots of outdoor activities for kids - playground, zip line, tether ball, etc.

Angie was a great host. The campground was very quiet and peaceful despite most of the sites being occupied. I can definitely see Angie’s vision for the place and we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area.

We stayed in the yurt and it was very roomy. The only thing that could have improved the stay is a fan because it rained (luckily we stayed dry!) and it got sticky in the night with no air moving. The mattress topper is just a 3 inch foam so plan accordingly. It also has a bunk bed that could fit 2 kids if you’re considering a stay with kids. There’s a couple chairs and couches that made it roomy. We didn’t stay to enjoy the river but would definitely be back.
