This place/our cabin was perfect! We were impressed with how clean it was and the space was perfect for two adult couples, a baby, and our young daughter on the pull-out couch. They even had a pack and play for us when we arrived! The hosts were friendly and accommodating and there for anything we needed but also gave a lot of space and privacy. The campground is great too; the lakefront was beautiful and lots of different areas to sit and relax and enjoy. We would definitely come back!

Nice and quiet location, center of UP, we used it to explore Pictured Rocks, Maquette to Baraga,and some trails closer to camp. Hosts were very friendly and helpfull with camp features. Would go back again. Thanks

2nd time here. Nice and flat grass area. Real toilet and shower! Quiet, hosts were great. Highly recommend. Didn't go down to lake, but saw dock area 1st time. Convenient to Manistique.

I had a wonderful time camping at the "glamping" yurt. It was outfitted with everything anyone would need for an enjoyable experience. Chairs, camping bed, blankets, dishes, cooking necessities, paper towel and garbage bag/can all provided. Nice area outside the yurt to sit and build a fire in the fire pit. Outhouse right next to the yurt is clean and convenient, but there is also a very clean running water toilet and shower just down the way. Check in and check out were very easy. I arrived later than I expected and they graciously accommodated me for my arrival and left little lights on in the yurt so I would be able to find my way. The lake is very beautiful and the area is very calm. Good sights to see nearby and a wonderful area to explore. Very knowledgeable and helpful host. I highly recommend you camp here if you find yourself in the area.
*There are spots to park an RV, but other than they are reasonably spaced, I can't speak to that.

We loved camping there during Labor Day weekend. We camped the first night in the yurt and the second night in the tent spot. Both amazing! We would totally come back more times. The view of the sunrise over the lake was absolutely gorgeous!

We had a great time on Julie's land. Nice grassy lots and deep. You don't have someone right behind you like you have at state parks. Everyone was very helpful. We were having problems with our awning and Julie came and helped us. Will definitely go back.

Stopped for the night on our way to Marquette and would have loved to stay longer. Clean, thoughtful, beautiful campground nestled on a nice lake. Lots of nooks for families to sit and play games or read.

I would highly recommend! The host was nice. He even split some wood for us and brought us news paper as well as a couple bundles of wood. The guests were all nice and pleasant. The campground was quiet and we were able to relax. The owner even introduced himself which was nice and personable. The beach is small but the water is shallow. Great spot to bring your tube or kayaks. We’ll definitely be back or I’ll be back as I felt safe enough to travel solo here.

There was a family end of summer party at the site next to where they put us. Our camp site was between the family and the playground. It was fine to stop off for 1 night. Personally, I wouldn’t stay for an extended period.

This was a really nice small campground. The on-site facilities were nicely maintained for our stay. While we didn’t use/do any of the available activities due to rain, there were options available like axe throwing, paddle boat, canoes, and the small beach. The camp host was friendly and provided firewood at a decent price with kindling.
