The cabin features a dry kitchen with a small fridge powered by solar panels and a battery pack. An outhouse and rainwater collection system (for hand washing or boiling water), and an outdoor shower complete the setup. Marked trails wind throughout the forty acres, perfect for hiking and exploring. Conveniently located about one hour from Bangor, one hour from the Canadian border, one hour from the Schoodic side of Acadia National Park and the Maine coast, 45 minutes from ATV rentals along the Sunrise Trail, and approximately 1.5 hours from Baxter State Park.
