Features: • PRIME Creekside Location • Spectacular Mountain Views • Full Hookups (water, sewer, electric) • Quiet and Peaceful Grass Setting • Steps to Hiking, Kayaking, Boating, and Fishing Important update: Due to flooding in October 2025, creek conditions and proximity may differ slightly from photos. Please note the owner's 5th wheel and storage shed are on the property but not in use. Perfect for a summer getaway — at 7,800 feet altitude, relax to the sound of rushing water and explore the great outdoors!Riverside RV site is a flat grassy space on the banks of the Vallecito River, perfect for fishing, wading, or tubing in the mid-summer months. During the fall or hunting season it is just as gorgeous and serene a spot to enjoy. Guests will have to property to themselves.

Very nice, quiet, peaceful space. We saw deer, squirrels, hummingbirds, and of course the lovely creek. It was private and the neighbors were great. A great spot to spend some cool days at Vallecito.

I was super fortunate to discover this secluded RV site nestled in trees for 3 nights that was close enough to see and hear the Valecito Creek (a beautiful clear and flowing river). The host, Paula was very responsive, friendly and informative; and the neighbors were helpful and readily shared local information about Pagosa Springs and Durango. The peaceful area was great for hiking with my dog and enjoying Nature, especially along the long, rocky beach. This is a “must stay” and I hope to return again.

Our 32 ft Class C fit perfectly within the mature pines at Paula's land. The river and views were top notch. You really dont find places like this with full hook ups. Will definitely be back. Thanks for putting your land up on hipcamp Paula. Beautiful!
