It will accommodate up to 40 feet long back in and up to 33 foot pull in. Nearby is mountain bike trails, hiking trails, flat boarding, canoeing, kayaking and fishing on Monument Lake. This RV lot is on a small lot on back of a single family home site with entrance from the alley as a pull in if less than 35 feet and back from Front St is over 35 feet. Great location to surrounding areas. A 30 min drive and you are in Mantiou Springs and Colorado Springs. Easy check in and area was as described.

The fact that there were full hookups was a great win! The patio was so comfortable. We enjoyed coffee in the cool breeze every morning! And Monument is the cutest, quaint little town (within walking distance of the RV site.). We had a great stay!

Timothy’s space is exactly what we wanted! We have an RPOD-202 camper (approximately 25’) that fit perfectly on his spot. The covered patio was great for a morning coffee, and the grill allowed us to cook dinner one night without having to bring out our own grill. The location was within walking distance of the downtown, and within driving distance of some great hikes. We would wake up early, have coffee on the patio, then eat breakfast at a local restaurant (Serranos and Wesley Owens were amazing) — before going on a hike. We would come back to the camper for a shower and snack before walking back downtown for dinner (La Casa Fiesta and Lolley’s Ice Cream were our favorites). The whole experience was great, and we hope to return again soon!
