This property is a slice of heaven nestled on the outskirts of El Dorado Hills situated minutes from Folsom Lake. You will be staying on a 12 acre property with a variety of tent and van/ rv parking options. The property is filled with wildlife - grey squirrels, deer, turkey, jack rabbits, and even the occasional Bald Eagle sighting. This property is located on a quiet rural road. Easy accessibility for large vehicles with pull through options. Unwind with plenty of peace and privacy. The stargazing is amazing at night. The days provide plenty of sunshine but the wild oaks provide lots of shade. Amenities: We offer electric and water if needed (not set up for hookups). *No RV Dump* We have a bathroom with toilet and sink available. There is a large fenced dog park specifically for the dogs to be able to run safely! Location: Our location is a 12 min straight shot off the Hwy 50 exit. We are a stones throw from Folsom Lake. 12 mins to Sweetwater Creek Trail parking lot, Acorn Creek Trail parking, Skunk Hallow Trail head. 15 mins to Granite Bay Recreation Area and walking trails. We are a 5 min drive to restaurants, gas station (diesel #2 available) and shopping. Perfect stop for bike packers headed towards Pilot Hill. Things to do in the area: Bike the American river bike trail which is 32 mi long, explore Folsom Lake by stand-up paddle board or swimming from the many entry points within minutes of the property. There are MILES of hiking trails within minutes, explore historic downtown Folsom, go wine tasting at the 20+ local wineries, pick fresh fruit and vegetables at the local farms. White water rafting in Lotus/ Coloma is only 25 mins away. Granite Bay state beach is 15 mins. This site is a flat and nicely groomed property. Easily accessible from the gravel access road. Back in, pull through, either work. This site is for self-contained campers and RV's but you'll have access to a running water restroom. It's about 100-yard walk to the restroom and dog park. You will have access to water, but not intended for hookup. We don't have 30 or 50 amp electrical just yet, but there is a standard electrical outlet to power simple things like lights (not intended for hookup).
