We are located less than 10 minutes from downtown, a 15-minute drive to Whiskeytown National Recreation Area, and only minutes away from the Swasey Recreation Area. We have a cozy, old-fashioned trailer that is ideal for one to two people. The trailer is set up at the front of the property. There is a gravel area at the base of the hill where you can park your vehicle, followed by a short walk to the trailer itself.Ideal for two adults and 2 small children. It has a small fridge, stove, toilet and sink along with a full sized bed and the kitchen table converts into a small bed, table and benches to site on inside the trailer. We provide bedding, heater, dishes, cups, silverware, cooking equipment, hot water pot, percolater for brewing coffee on the stove. Outside provides a picnic table and fire pit for your enjoyment. You will need to park your vehicle and walk to the trailer. The walk is less than a minute.

Perfect night in vintage trailer

Wonderful short stay in Hannah’s trailer! Beautifully maintained and decorated with everything you’d need, with all the touches that make a tiny house into a tiny home. There was a fire ban in the area so we didn’t get to cook or enjoy the firepit, but they looked nice and the outdoor lights around the table were excellent. It is a residential area so wouldn’t come here for a loud night out in the woods, but enough distance from neighbors that it still felt private. There were perfect trees to setup a hammock, woke up to a diverse range of birdsong and saw a family of baby squirrels. Perfect for a family, would happily return!
